**If you don't know how to use the testing branch-


  • right click on the game in your Steam library
  • select "Properties"
  • select Betas
  • Under "Beta properties" select the testing branch
  • Go back to the default branch in the same way

**To use DiscoMode click the new DISCOBALL on the bottom left side of the main menu

Synced the normal release build with the testing build so now all the features that were in testing are now in the normal NP version.

Added Discomode, Rideables, vrm's for body/head import, glb/gltf for prop import, new console commands, and a bunch of other shit maaaaaaan

You can also export scenes from Blender and use them as NP scenes- vid on that-

Update: Make your own TV Shows + new scenes, heads+
The normal version has been updated with about 15 new scenes + a gang of new heads + a few bodies + small improvements.

*The biggest part of this update is the inclusion of some tools to help you make your own custom TV Shows currently on the Testing branch.

Check the following tutorial by our product manager Bob A. Merkintok on how to use the new tools and make your own Tv Shows- pull your dialogue in from 4chan at your own risk.

*To enable Tv Show mode open the console by holding SHIFT + press ESC- type "Show" when you see the ShowModeToggle click it and Submit- now when you enter Tv Mode it will play Tv Shows. See the tutorial posted above for more info and a detailed tutorial on how it works.

Small Typewriter changes


The Typewriter is pretty gud breh for making stupid raps and other easy/dumb dialogue animations-

I fixed the formatting on the text files used to store the TypewriterData- they are now human readable/easy to edit if you want to edit them outside of NP

There's two new buttons on the Typewriter menu-



The blue "Open file" buttons opens the location of the TypewriterData text file on your PC, you can edit/save it directly-

The "Open file" button next to it allows you to load a TypewriterData file from your PC- for example- you sent it to your friend who modded it and sent it back to you etc

Added BANK MAN + Autofocus

Added a couple new heads including BANK MAN + some new hair


Added an autoFocus toggle for the LensEffects- when this is enabled the main actors face will always be in focus.

Also improved the 3d model import- NP should now successfully import new iClone/CC4 models to use as bodies and heads (Thanks Evan)

I have a ton of new scenes I have to add some time as well.

Testing branch seems ok so its the default release now
I've been using the testing branch for some weeks now as have others with no reports of major errors so its the default version now.

I've been testing it making a bunch of music videos like this and it seems ok maaaaaan

New features in the test branch for you to try
To join the test branch use the password "letmebreakstuff" if you don't know how to choose different Steam game branches/builds google that shit breh.

You can now disable the ai's curse words
A user asked to be able to disable the ai's curse words- you can now check this box



The ai will replace the curse words with words from a safe offensive word list.

You can skip channels in Nightmare Tv Mode now


While watching Nightmare TV( the TV on the right side of the main menu) you can now "change the channel" by pressing SPACEBAR when Nightmare TV is playing.

*If you change the channel too many times too fast your PC could explode to be patient with it
* Nightmare TV mode will enable "LensEffects" now
