Community Update – First Half of 2024
Dear NosPlayers,
Welcome to our latest Community Update!
As we have been doing for several years, we are going to share with you our plans for the game for the first half of 2024. Please note that the individual points are not sorted according to their planned release date and, while our goal is to bring you all of these updates by June at the latest, they may have to be postponed to a later date if any unforeseen problems arise. However, we are optimistic about our current schedule and hope that the next six months will be as exciting as they appear.
Act 9, Part 2
We already gave you a little preview of this in the Act 9 livestream; the Undercity will see its content expanded in 2024, with a second part bringing some important additions, such as a new raid boss, new specialist cards for all classes, plus an update to the Land of Life which will provide a new space for levelling up to champion level 90.
Server Merges
Merging servers is a topic that some of you broach with us quite regularly, and we understand your concerns on this matter, so we will be monitoring server activity and data over the coming months to decide on how to approach this, and which servers should be involved.
Seasonal Events
The content we have mentioned will come in addition to our seasonal events, which will provide you with playable content throughout the year on a regular basis. We have already started with the Lunar New Year Event, which will be followed by events for Valentine’s Day and Easter.
Quality of Life Improvements
We still pay close attention to the suggestions you send us via Discord, with all the feedback on the current balance between the various specialist cards. We understand that in addition to great content, even the little details help to make the game even better, so we already have in mind some updates of this kind which we plan to release over the coming months.
New Community Forum
Although Discord is currently the most important hub of activity for the community, the forums still play an important role as a place for looking up information about the game: news, guides, discussions, help, among other things. For this reason, we are going to have a new forum in NosTale for the International, Czech, French, Italian, Polish, Spanish, and Turkish communities, which we will focus on as an information resource with updated guides and all relevant news.
We’d love to hear your thoughts on what’s to come, and we invite you to share your first impressions with us on our Discord server or our subreddit!
