Frosty Weapon Skins Now on the NosWheel
Use the icy cold against your foes in combat with the new frost weapon skins which can be won on the NosWheel starting on 15th December (11 AM CET)! For each class, there’s a special skin to coat your weapon in an ice-cold frost. You automatically receive the matching weapon skin for your class. Adventurers get a random one.
You can give enemies the cold shoulder because with the new weapon skins, you have a 1% chance of triggering the Frost effect on them. The skins also increase the equipped fairy’s element by 5.

The NPC Santa Claus has something very special in store for you. In exchange for a Red-nosed Reindeer Bead (available from quests and the Winter Event raids listed below) and a sleigh, Santa Claus will build a super-fast Magic Sleigh with Red-Nosed Reindeer for you.
Specialist Partners
Use Maru’s Specialist Partner Card to transform partners that use melee attacks into the Millennial Tiger. Use the second Specialist Partner Card, Maru in Mother’s Fur, to transform partners that use melee attacks into a tiger disguised as a caring mother of siblings. As a tiger, each partner has three razor-sharp skills: Hi-yah!, Spin Up, and Tiger Power
Raid Against Maru the Millennial Tiger
Challenge Maru and his followers in the raid! Just use Maru’s Raid Seal to take him on. If you beat the raid, you’ll be rewarded with his special Tiger Chest, which might contain the ‘Doppelgänger’ title as well as the Obsidian of Completion.
Note: You can neither make yourself invisible, nor summon miniatures as Jajamaru in this raid.
Snowman Raid
Take revenge on the snow monster for the Vikings – grab your friends and bring the heat to the wicked snowman! You’ll get a raid box as a reward. You’ll find awesome specialist partner cards, the ‘Sleepy Head’ title and other wintry event items inside.

Daily Quests from Six NPCs in NosVille
You’ll meet good and evil reindeer, let the bells ring out, watch how scarves are made from magical wool and knitting needles, and much more. Complete quests to collect colourful stockings and then exchange them for a Christmas Gift Box.
Event Quest
Pay a visit to the Wanderer to exchange Brass Coins for the Wanderer’s Chest and grab yourself some great items.
Red Bean Rice Cakes and Sesame Oil
Collect Red Bean Rice Cakes and Sesame Oil by hunting monsters. Exchange the items for a reward or use them yourself. The cakes restore your and your NosMate’s HP and MP, and the Sesame Oil is useful in raids.
Happy New Year… Literally!
Collect golden letters (H, A, P, Y) and white letters (N, E, W, Y, A, R) that are dropped by monsters. Once you have enough to spell the words HAPPY NEW YEAR, you can exchange them for a Happy New Year Box and/or a Happy New Year Golden Box. If you’re lucky, you’ll find a Movement Scroll, fancy costumes, or a variety of fireworks inside.

The Dragon Card Protection Scroll
Do you want more security when upgrading your specialist card? Than grab the new Dragon Card Protection Scroll from the NosMall from 13th December (11:00 AM)!
Protect your level 15–19 specialist card during your upgrade attempts. If the upgrade fails, your specialist card won’t be destroyed. The scroll is only consumed if you use it for the upgrade.

Act 8 – The Celestial Lair
The time has come – a new adventure has begun! Act 8 – The Celestial Lair breathes new life into NosTale. Get ready for extra maps, raids, time-spaces, new equipment, an expanded specialist system and much more! And of course you’ll also find out what happens next in the NosTale story.
The Story
The story continues as you meet Ain, the ingenious inventor. Her people live on a floating archipelago that has recently come under attack. To rescue them, you must take on the Dragov – a group of radical Draconians who worship dragons as if they were gods. You will encounter ruthless opponents like zombie dragon Valehir, ice dragon Alzanor and their leader, Dragon Lord Asgobas!
Play through new quests – including 8 new time-spaces, multiple dungeons and a host of side stories and daily quests.
Two New Raids
Both new raids feature two lobby maps where you’ll complete various tasks. A new token system also provides you with rare raid rewards which you can trade.
Asgobas’ Invasion
In these action-packed instant combats, you must defend the floating islands against the marauding dragons. You will be richly rewarded if you return from these battles as the conquering hero!
Specialist System Expanded
Upgrade your specialist to level 20 with immediate effect to earn a shot at unlocking a special attack with extra effects. You can also increase their specialist points to a maximum of 120, depending on the level. This update also boosts the chances of reaching level 15, so specialist novices can enjoy the benefits of the system expansion too!
New Equipment
There’s a fine line between winning and losing, and having the right equipment makes all the difference. In Act 8 you can pick up some new equipment to propel you to your chosen champion level. You can also get your hands on some powerful equipment if you are already playing the endgame. Take the opportunity to grab some new accessories, hats, and resistances that you can rely on as you fight your way through NosTale’s raids!
