Some pitches in Amboise Sud will be completely redone. These have a sign "This plot will be rebuilt" placed at the entrance. You can temporarily choose another accommodation until the changes take place. The parcels concerned will be modified over the course of the updates. Amboise Sud is the first area of the game to have been completed, an upgrade is necessary and this will be done gradually.
