You spoke, we listened *....a year late (about that !)

Steam user Oook got onto to me about zooming the camera out (Hunting me down on the Uriels Chasm forums !! ).

I knew it would dramatically effect what I wanted to achieve, take away some of the chaotic, visceral, white knuckle NES fair action (Although it was a cool challenge). I'm not 100%.

It's a year late, (I sort of got eaten by a 5000 ft Giraffe in Uriel's)
But here is "the camera update", it only zooms out when you move, so You wont be getting it all your way!

Some other minor updates to improve performance.
