The update is something to start a brand new year (a little late) but strong.
A little something to hold over.
The update today (1/019/2018) did these things:
Added more variety shot to the purple orb powers
Changed Speed of Purple Ord bullets
Fixed not getting any score when you blow up a totem
Fixed Dead Totems not spawning after Totem Destruction
Changed Loot Bullets to actual damage/kill enemys
Fixed some weird bugs with the Spider Boss
Changed some transparencys
Fixed the Spider Boss not walking
Added when you have to many Purple Orbs then you get points intead

A new Endless DLC

The more purple glowy things you have the more bullets you will shoot at once. You get these by killing the Blue little enemies (Blue Sluggers) and pressing E on the item that comes out.
I think I have, overall, made the game a whole lot more fun an enjoyable with this new update. And more people are able to play it easier without full rage.

Obscure Realm Devlog #8
The update today (11/012/2017) did these things:
Removed a majority of Golden Toasts animations
Added Test Loot
Added more extras
Added all Steam Overlay Functions
Fixed Random Score Bug in Level 1

I added some test loot that you can find off a certain enemy to see if it is a good idea to add more loot to find or if it doesn't fit the game. It's pretty fun to play with though as the more you collect the more you can shoot and unshoot.
You can get this test item and use the collect button to wear it and use it automatically. You get them from the Blue Sluggers.

Obscure Realm: Devlog #7
The update today (11/04/2017) did these things:
Changed all of the Store Page images
Changed the hallway in the secret area of the first level to be no so visable
Changed the same hallway from above to be more of a hallway and less like a hole
Added Rath Totems
Added Rath Totem Bullets
Added the ability to pickup Totems

I will be slowly adding TRAPS into the game which should spice up how you go about the levels and give you more to think about when you are rushing around a level.
Additionally with TRAPS! there will also be turrents to aviod as well.
Thinking of adding some cool ways to be able to respawn after death in the same place during the level. Don't know how I will do it but it'll happen.
I am wondering if I should create a video on things you can do with the Totems or let you all figure it out. It is a complicated item. It can shoot you once you are a certian distance away, you can pick it up, it gives you more points for bringing it to the portal sanctions, and it acts as a good sheild when walking up.

The update today (10/29/2017) did these things:
Trading Cards are now here!
Odd Item Shop (Soon to have a use for the current items, also steamed screwed the images so thanks mates!)
Fixed bullet number text showing too high
Removed some spiders at the end of the level from having it to difficult
Added Tagline at the bottom of the main menu
Fixed Tiny Spiders having the wrong blood when they die
Changed bullets to explode when collding with other bullets instead of letting the players pass through
Removed some enemys on the right side of level one
Changed rarity of getting the Frog/Barf gun in weapon piles
Fixed a bigger enemy facing the wrong way

First Quest from the Tavern or something

Today I tried out adding rolling into the game (like how Enter the Gungeon has it, I was also recomended to do this) and it turns out the game would be way to easy to play with rolling added and just doesnt work.
The Trading Cards and Item Store have been enabled for the game. You can now collect trading cards, emoticons, and backrounds in game. Good luck!
So creating this tavern quest for the tavern in Level 2 is actually kind of annoying because I am trying to create a defect that you get but so far no luck so right now Charlie will do nothing to do when you talk to him.

The update today (10/23/2017) did these things:
Changed Walls to look darker
Tried Changing what Weapon pile mounds look like
Added WAY more differing walls in levels
Changed how Purple Sluggers look to be much more mutant-y
Fixed Spiders having correct sounds and blood explosions
Fixed All Death Sounds for enemies
Added more rooms/hallways and the tavern to Level 2
Coming at somepoint stuff:
Rolling maybe.
Differing shadows.
New walls and foliage.
First Quest from the Tavern or something
The first quest will be from the Tavern in the Second level, the first one you get I mean. It will be out in the 3rd update (whatever is after this one lol).
It seems a lot was broken with the enemies but I fixed it so don't worry.
This one guy who reviewed the game played for 20+ hours and gave a nice review. Actually everyone who has reviewed has given a nice review and I love them all.
Level 2 is very large now. Just a thought.

The update today (10/21/2017) did these things:
Fixed Walls mashing incorrectly
Changed Walls to look darker
Changed Health-Ups into a more obvious thing
Added new test walls to the first level
Added Test room on the main menu
Coming At somepoint stuff:
Rolling maybe.
Differing shadows.
New walls and foliage.
Second Playable level soon.
The best part of early access that it gives me a chance to let players play the game but at the same time they know "Hey, I am working on this game. Stuff might not be done or broken (which not a lot is broken or unfixed) but its being done." I am taking advantage of this wonderful tool that so many of those on steam abuse.
The Health-Up things look more like fountains that spew out purple stuff for your heart that you can then press E on and 'drink' for more health.

Devlog #2
Turns out I mis-saved the file last night with the blue room BUT it gave me the motive to start going through the levels and adding more detail to diffrent walls and stuff like that. And then like 2 hours later I just fixed the file and have to redo some work.
The update today (10/20/2017) added light to
*Enemy Basic Bullets
*All Player Bullets
and I made the vines brighter so players might be able to figure out where the health vines are now. But in the next update they will be more obviouse items to walk over or atleast something you get destracted and look at for a moment.
A new level should be out soon along with a button on the main menu to play out this level. Once there is a full "World" then I will just put it with the normal levels and put diffrent levels in the test button. (Hopefully you understood this!)
Since today the game released the community has grown a bit, hopefully now discussions will arise from these new people.

Devlog #1
A lot of my ideas come from general misspellings.
Currently, a new area is being created. Slowly creating this area as it will be a lot more learning wise. More passages, keys, doors. General stuff.
I might go back and keep revamping the player health skin below 3 because its just gray but it gets worse so probably change the colour of that to be more 'oomf'.
Just finished up re-doing a lot of the Steam store stuff like re-doing the art, I doubt I need to do a launch trailer since the trailer I currently have explains whats in the game fairley well.
I am glad that the game will be out soon.
A few minutes ago I was freaking out because I thought there was no sound in the game but it turns out my headphones were plugged in wrong.
Also I am adding bullet light for added light pretty soon. Just have to edit a few things. The first update will have this.
