Language Support Update!
-You can now play Octogeddon in Spanish & German!

-Reduced Pelican's price
-Reduced Mecha-Octogeddon's hp
-Reduced Megapede's speed
-Super Speedy Subs and Planes don't spawn near 12:00 and 6:00 positions anymore

Controller Support Update!
-Octogeddon now supports using a controller. Now you can sit back in your chair while you cause epic amounts of destruction!
-Kongaroo boomerang doesn't dip below the ground anymore
-Minor bug fixes and graphical fixes

Game Balance:
-Shortened NY Ocean 1 & 2 by one wave each (Normal Mode) so you get to the meat of the game sooner
-Shortcut price 50->10
-Made bees and queen bees do less damage and reduced their price a bit. This way they're less good at everything while still being good at what they're supposed to be good at
