Great improvements in the level editor:
- Use 2 types of ice cubes.
- Use 2 types of spawners
- New kind of dynamics objects.
- Bug fixes.

- Improved the throttle sensitivity.

Update 5
- Fixed the problem loading the space levels with low gravity. Thanks for report it!
- Improved the level editor. Now is more easy start a new level by zero.
