Office Management 101
Version 0.5.14 (released 2022-03-18)
Steam Early Access launch
Current version of Early Access ships with a short tutorial and a scenario map with defined goals to give you a direction.
There are also additional sandbox maps where you can decide your own goals and build with more freedom.
At the moment it is only possible to earn money through contract work for other companies. Designing and marketing your own products and competing with the other companies is not yet part of the current version, but it's one of the priorities for us to add that feature.
Designing and decorating the offices is already possible, with more options for added and refined throughout the Early Access.
Hiring and leveling employees is implemented for a small number of job types, but additional job types are planned, like .
At launch the game is only available in English. We are hoping for community to give us a hand and help provide translation mods through the Steam Workshop. While Workshop support is not yet enabled, we're planning to put together a tutorial for modding and open up the Workshop access soon.
We will be sharing a more thorough roadmap in the coming weeks.
We're really looking forward to hearing what you think so far. There's still plenty work ahead, but guided by your feedback we are confident we can eventually proudly take the game over the finish line.
