Heavy Duty Challenge | Open Playtest | Winners
Hello everyone!
The Heavy Duty Challenge playtest ended yesterday and we needed another day to catch our breath.
Now, first of all, THANK YOU! To everyone who played and posted here and elsewhere, and to those who recorded or streamed the game. Your ideas and feedback are invaluable, and we hope you enjoyed the game.
We apologize to those of you who couldn't play due to technical issues. Your feedback will help us to fix the bugs and we're working hard to give you another chance to play the game soon.
To the Championship! The competition was fierce. You found a bug in the leaderboard sorting, but we're happy to say that after checking the code and the scores, they were all saved correctly - they just didn't show up in the right place on the leaderboard. We have sorted out the scores and those who had the maximum points (2300) but had a better time are now higher on the leaderboard (as per the rules).
We're excited to announce the winner and 8 runners-up!

Heavy Duty Challenge | Update before Open Playtest
Hello! We are soon beginning the Open Playtest on Steam (July 8th at 10 am CEST) and everyone's invited!
But first, we'd like to thank all the people who have already played the closed demo, sent us comments, and recorded or streamed the footage (or are planning to do so). You and your viewers have provided us with a ton of useful ideas and feedback.
Since we still had a little time before tomorrow, we managed to smooth out a couple of issues. Here are some notes:
1. Gamepads and wheel controllers
There were some issues reported, especially with newer controllers (like PS5 DualSense or Logitech G923). The bugs have been fixed.
2. Optimization
We have introduced some fixes regarding display resolution, which should help with framerate issues encountered on some specs. Optimization is something we will of course keep working on until the September release (and beyond).
3. Settings
We've disabled the settings on purpose, as we are still working on some features. We hope you will understand, even though it’s cool to set all options to your favorite.
4. Sound volume control
We got feedback that the game seemed a little loud, which you can’t change in-game due to blocked settings. For now, please use the Windows sound mixer.
5. Languages
As of today, we feature 16 languages. We are aware not all translations are perfect yet but decided to enable them all in the open playtest just the same. We'll update with corrections soon, but after the playtest.
We're looking forward to more feedback.
