A new On The Road update is available!

Here's the changelog for you:

Core Changes
- livery designer available in the vehicle menu via the modify button

Gameplay/Vehicles
- livery designer available in the vehicle menu via the modify button
- breakdown service added when you are running out of fuel
- red light radar traps added
- seat adjustments get saved
- option to invert Y axis for cameras
- look left/right via Dpad (controller)

Sound
- soundsystem switches from interior to exterior sounds when leaning out of the cab window

Fixes
- fixed fuel warning icon in Scania bordcomputer

NextSim21 - Announcement
We are very happy to finally announce that we are part of the NextSim21 event by Aerosoft again this year! With over 15 simulation titles from different developer studios, we will do a videostream in which we talk about the current events in the simulation industry together with Aerosoft.

The stream will be broadcasted for the first time on 26th August 2021 at 3pm CEST in the course of the digital gamescom. In addition to us as developers, the youtubers nordrheintvplay as well as TheNorthernAlex will be taking part as well.

We are happy to be part of the event and hope to delight you with the stream!

Gameplay/Vehicles

- visibility of park markings/triggers at companies improved
- disembarking from the vehicle is more easy, parkbrake gets applied automatically
- added boardcomputers
- increased min amount of transported goods
- GPS device shows only the remaining parts of the route
- Sleepmode can only be activated when the vehicle is parked

Optimizations

- reduced CPU load of several scripts
- further GPS device optimizations

UI

- current time is displayed in driver info window
- distance to current target is shown in the driver info

Fixes

- fixed more than 500 AI/GPS path related issues in ~100 sectors
- fixed more than 600 AI spawning issues in ~120 sectors
- fixed gearbox stucking occassionally in neutral gear (arcade mode)
- fixed disappearing good names
- reduced doorsound volume and added them to the volume settings
- seat adjustment works with keyboard again

On The Road Console Version
On The Road - The Truck Simulator is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox on 11 February 2021! You will be able to drive your truck across Germany on the console then. We are looking forward to the release, do you too? 🙂
