Gameplay Updates:
Character Update: Character will reduce stamina after health is zero.
Character Update: Character will die when health and stamina is zero.
Character Update: EggChin will not reduce stamina after health is zero.
Character Update: EggChin will not die when health and stamina is zero unless knock off from cliff.
Combo System Update: Characters last hit provide extra damage and knockback.
Gameplay Update: Spinning moves will stop camera rotations.
