A new level due to the announcement of a new game

Update affected multiplayer errors

Fixed:

• The helicopter does not arrive immediately after the call
  
• Now proofs doesn't resets "Wait for helicopter" timer
  
• Props doesn't show in hands
  
• Single player if connecting to servers was fault
  

Next update:

• New map
