Fixed a bug that caused already unlocked campaign levels to get locked again if an earlier level was replayed and solved.

Level 46 of the Vanilla campaign was replaced with a less irritating level structure.

The default background music volume was increased by a notch since it was barely audible before, in comparison to the sound effects, even when on the highest setting.
Technical Issue with Release
Unfortunately there seems to be a technical issue with the release of the game. I have already released it but the release did not carry through to the store yet. I am waiting for this to be resolved. I'm very sorry for the wait. I hope this will be resolved quickly so you can all enjoy some relaxed puzzling during the weekend!
