Hotfix 1.2.1.1
Fixes a crash associated with stacking status effects.
Patch 1.2.1.0
Greetings, War Mages!
This patch is focused on addressing the most common player feedback we receive. We’ve read concerns about trap damage versus player damage, and this balance pass allows players to get more traps into the battle.
We’ve also noticed some scenarios were trending too difficult in Rift Lord difficulty level and in certain Endless maps. We’ve made those fights a little fairer for the player. We hope to see improved scores and skull rewards in these areas.
Finally, we’ve added three maps to Endless mode, and we’ve fixed a host of rare but annoying crashes. Please see the detailed patch notes below. Thanks for playing! We’ll be reading your feedback.

New Enemies - The Tuatara Preview
The new enemy for Tipping the Scales is a reptilian race called the Tuatara. Art created some concepts for a lizard based enemy that design liked and so we got to work on creating four new enemies to comprise the Tuatara race. We wanted to give them a class wide passive ability that would define them as a unique enemy type that would change the way players may want to approach dealing with them. For this ability, we decided to borrow the damage cap that soldiers had in OMDU as we thought it was a perfectly fitting ability given the scaly nature of the Tuatara. This meant that big burst damage traps would be very inefficient against them, but more damage over time based attacks would be unaffected, and so we kept this in mind as we were creating the new gear and trap for this DLC.
The Tuatara Assassin in particular has an additional ability to go stealth on top of the standard racial passive of the damage cap that all the Tuatara have. We knew early that we wanted to add another player hunter enemy to the mix, and the camouflage nature of chameleons naturally lent itself to the idea of making the new hunter be a full stealth enemy.
