Beat the Override 2 Devs and Win a Prize in This Weekend's Contest!
This weekend, get ready to put metal to metal and compete to win prizes by queueing in up Override 2: Super Mech League to take on the developers of the game. To celebrate the free weekend on Steam and Xbox, members of the Modus Studios Brazil and Modus Games team will be matchmaking with random users in the Override 2 community. If you are able to best them in battle, you can win a free deck of Override 2 trading cards!
Here's how it works:
Any time between Thursday, April 29 and Sunday, May 2, queue up for a match in Override 2: Super Mech League.
Look for the following usernames from members of the MSB and Modus Games team: Kaelliam, Hoagie, NPC, Bisco, aG.Hill, gabriel.cataldi, Vyeung76, Aragatti, Smoke_Max
If you compete against and defeat one of the above users, screenshot the post-match screen and post it to Twitter or Instagram with #BeatTheO2Devs and then follow Modus_Games on the platform you've shared it on (so that we can reach out via DM!).
We will randomly select 20 winners who share their screenshots by Sunday, May 2 at 11:59pm PDT. Winners will be announced Monday, May 3! Winners must respond within 48 hours of the initial message and verify their mailing address. Click here for full rules and conditions.
Dan Moroboshi Enters the Brawl in Override 2 Today!
Dan Moroboshi joins the fray in Override 2: Super Mech League today. Enemies will cower in fear as he tears through them in his Ultraman Suit 7. Check out the new gameplay trailer for a look at the newest opponent that will be blasting through all mechs (and Kaijus) standing in his way:

Dan Moroboshi follows Black King, Bemular and Ultraman himself as the fourth and final member of the ULTRAMAN crew joining the fight.

Black King Smashes His Way into the Override 2, Cross-Platform Matchmaking Added
Override’s very first playable kaiju makes his debut as a part of the ULTRAMAN DLC today! Black King brings a bevy of slashing, stomping, and chomping attacks to the arena giving him an arsenal of powerful melee attacks. Check out the brand-new gameplay trailer to see him action:

Black King is a ravenous Kaiju from the ULTRAMAN anime with the power to rip enemies to shreds with ease. The character follows Ultraman and Bemular as the third of four ULTRAMAN characters coming to the game, with Dan Moroboshi releasing in the coming months.
The new patch also adds cross-play matchmaking functionality to the game for Steam, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One users. This allows players on different platforms to experience improved queue times and battle against a larger competitive pool of participants for each map type.
