Version 1.10 is Out! Happy PAC-DOT munching!
We've just released out 1.10 update with some minor fixes and improvements.

1.10 Change List


  • Coin pickups are now worth more + red coins drop a little more frequently
  • Moved everyone to a new clean leaderboard and improved score submission
  • Mouse will now disappear during gameplay if no movement is detected for 5 seconds
  • Fixed issue that could prevent number of "256's" from being submitted

1.0.8 Change List - Dec 22 2016


  • New themes! We have added the 3 extra themes from the mobile version. The Arcade, Moon Lander & Digital World
  • Reduced the time it takes to get from the game over screen, back to the play menu

Update Time!
Just a minor update to fix a few bugs and move us onto a newer engine version.

  • Fixed the global scores & ranks not showing correctly for some players
  • Fixed some UI being left on screen after leaving the GameOver screen.
  • Moved to a newer Unity version - game should run faster on most platforms, especially Linux.


NOTE If you are running super old hardware or your hardware is below our minimum specs, and after the update you have graphical issues, please try updating your video drivers.

Happy PAC-MAN 256 1st Birthday - Wakka Wakka
To celebrate the 1st birthday of PAC-MAN 256, we have released a nice little update that includes some requested features from the community.

  • We now hot reload all leaderboards after score submission to work around Steam bug were player ranks are sometimes not updated


1.0.4 Change List


  • New global Leaderboards that show the top 100 scores + your own score/rank if you are not in the top 100
  • Support 2 players on the same keyboard (P1 uses WASD, P2 uses Arrows)
  • Support of AZERTY keyboards - Switch is in the settings UI
  • New button to scale User Interface in ‘Graphics’ settings. Switch between 3 scale modes and get the best views on higher resolution or larger screens
