Hello everyone! It's been a month since the official release of "Party Animals", and we're extremely grateful for your support.
We've received many feedbacks from players on the official forum and various other channels, and we really appreciate them. We've also noted that some of you may have questions about the state of the game. We've collected some of the most frequently asked questions and will answer them here.
Q: When will new animals and outfits be released?
A: We plan to add major updates approximately every three months, during which we will introduce new animals (usually two), as well as new outfits. Between these major updates, during the three-month period, there will be limited-time outfits released in conjunction with various holidays and festivals. In the major updates, some replaced outfits or animals will no longer be available through the Item Shop or Surprise Eggs.
Q: Why did everything disappear when I entered the game? Why was my account cleared?
A: This usually happens when you change computers or networks, causing you to enter a different server. In most cases, you can retrieve your original account by changing the server in the game settings. If the problem persists, you can submit a ticket at our official website: https://support.partyanimals.com/
Q: When will new content and gameplay be introduced?
A: Our current development goal is to update major gameplay and maps every three months. During these three months, we will continue to refine the existing gameplay, maps, and various systems.
Q: Why are Arcade mode maps not in Quick Match rotation?
A: Our development team is currently revamping Arcade mode, which will serve as an experimental arena for testing new gameplay elements and modes. If we discover a gameplay style that we deem enjoyable and fitting, we plan to integrate it into Quick Match or similar systems.
Q: Why was my account suspended without reason for a few days?
A: After our previous update, if a player has been banned, they would see the specific reason for the ban when returning to the login screen. At the same time, our player support GM team processes player reports and system auto alerts daily. Once GMs determine that certain players have engaged in behavior detrimental to the game environment, they may enforce varying levels of punishment ranging from 1 day to 3 days, 7 days, 30 days, 365 days, or even permanent bans. If you believe the punishment is unjust, please submit a ticket for appeal at our official website: https://support.partyanimals.com/
Q: Some players are constantly swearing, regardless of game outcome. Can you address this issue?
A: This is an ongoing issue we're striving to resolve. Our GM team receives a large number of reports daily, so we're expanding the team and adding patrol features to address these issues. Additionally, we are working on improving the report system to speed up the processing time. However, even with these efforts, we may not be able to satisfy all players. We still rely on a large number of human staff to handle these cases as an automated reporting system may have difficulty distinguishing whether a person is swearing, interacting with close friends, or is simply prone to cursing.
Q: Can you add a blocking system? After blocking a player, I won't encounter them in game again.
A: The in-game mute and blocking features are in the works and we expect it to be live soon.
Q: I just bought this game, and keep getting matched with experienced players. I end up getting steamrolled. :'(
A: The development team is actively working on refining the current matching system. Our goal is to optimize matchmaking to minimize instances of new players "being steamrolled" by more experienced players.
Q: I really enjoyed the collaboration with Ori! Are there any new collaborations planned soon?
A: Yes! We're currently in talks with some other IPs for collaborations and expect to release them soon!
Q: Will outfits from previous rotations in the Item Shop come back? For example, will the previous collaboration outfits return at some point?
A: Outfits within each quarter will continue to rotate daily or weekly, including collaboration outfits. However, some outfits rotated out in the major three-month updates may not make a return.
If you have any additional questions, feel free to ask in the comments section or on our official forums. We highly value player feedback and thank you for your support!

Party Animals Test Server Announcement
Dear players,
We are excited to introduce you to the "Party Animals Test Server".
What is the "Party Animals Test Server"?
The "Party Animals Test Server" is an environment open to all players, designed to run major updates in advance. Its purpose is to collect player feedback, make early adjustments to the game updates, and prevent and solve potential problems. To access the test server, you need to switch to the test version on the Steam platform. Please note that access to the test server is currently limited to Steam only.
How do I qualify for the test server?
The test server is open to all players. However, we only allow a maximum of 1000 players to be online at the same time. If this limit is exceeded, you will enter a queue, and you will enter the test server when a slot becomes available. We apologize for any potential waiting time.
How to switch to the test server?
Right-click on Party Animals in your Steam library - Properties - Betas - select the test server (usually named beta-x.x.x.x) from the drop-down menu.
What's the difference between the test server and the official server?
On the test server, you may encounter different map designs, character designs, gameplay rules, game mechanics, and interfaces from the official server. This is an opportunity for you to experience new content in advance. However, please note that since the test server is a place for us to experiment with innovation, not everything you see on the test server will appear in the upcoming official version.
What should I be aware of while playing on the test server?
We may periodically clear all data on the test server, including but not limited to user information, characters, outfits, Cookies, Nemo Bucks, and Egg Coins, and we may also temporarily shut down the server for maintenance.
The data on the test server and the official server are independent of each other. Your acquisition or consumption of characters, skins, currency, etc. on the test server will not have any impact on your data on the official server.
The goal of the test server is to test new features and find bugs in the game. Therefore, some in-game settings may be different from the official server, such as level upgrades, double experience, etc. Therefore, the content of the test server does not represent the final content of the official server. Please refer to the latest official announcement.
During the testing process, there may be data rollbacks, network disconnections, and an inability to purchase items in the Item Shop. This is a normal part of the testing process. We cannot provide answers to this, but we very much welcome your active feedback and suggestions, which can be submitted through the support page on our official website.
Since the main goal of the test server is to detect bugs and collect player suggestions, we cannot handle complaints related to game quality.
If players are found to be violating the rules in the test server, we will issue bans of varying lengths depending on the severity of the situation and may do the same in the official server.
We thank you for your attention and understanding of the "Party Animals Test Server" and welcome your valuable feedback and suggestions to help us create a better gaming experience together!
