Working on "Super Smash Birds": a mode inspired by games like Street Fighter 2, Divekick, Super smash bros and Leap day.
I think this has potential to become my best mode!
Update - Bubble shield
New Joust weapon: the bubble shield. Will bounce back anything trying to hurt the user. Can be used to kick spikes towards other players.
Air tricks will kick of weapons.
Red shells are nurfed, but can be upgraded with new ?-boxes.
Golf mode has got music.
Golfers can hold their button to fine-tune the aim.
Party Jousting Relaunch! - 3 new modes
Today I have a simultaneous Xbox ONE launch and a Steam relaunch.
Going from what was basically a begging monetization, to "One mode for free - all the rest is paid with one DLC".

Update - Air trick, Achievements, 32bit support

Polish to HUD, better controller support.
You can now make air tricks by holding the button.
Stunned characters can be flipped with the button.
The Joust characters are smaller and there is some tweaks to the fall speed.
Added 19 achievements, including a new secret that you can find.

For those who play BETA:
The carball goalie is always kicking the ball outwards.
The start of Match3 has fewer block colors.
The golf cannon will not hide players.
Beta Update - All new modes complete
The new modes got a proper start and ending, sound effects and background images. Everything should be ready for the xbox certification. Some parts are a bit rushed - but I should have proper time to polish it up before the launch in December. Its often better to have something complete and build from there.

Beta Update - Space Pirate is back
Tetris mode has got a lot of tweaks to the brick drops and gray block punishments.
Many testers have requested that I should give the space mode a second chance. The shops uses tickets now (25coins > 1 ticket) and the shields are improved. It is much easier to stay alive now - maybe too easy.
Patch - SharpDX removed, Space Pirate cancelled
SharpDX, that supports all weird controllers, is removed. It gave to many issues, as giving people double controller input. Will still support Xbox and PS4 controller - which is supported by monogame itself.
In beta:
Testing a few new things in CarBall mode, you can now become a goalie.
The tetris mode now supports competitive play, combos will give punishing bricks to your opponents.
Ive cancelled the development of the Space Pirate mode. Non of the playtesters enjoyed it, and considering how much extra work a big online mode is - it has to be perfect.
