End of the line for Mac 32 bit
It was a wilder time, with steam greenlight having its final submissions, and us here at Flamebait fresh out of university. It also was a time where Steam supported 32 bit applications for MacOS.
32-bit Mac has since become a thing of the past. None of our newer products include it, and it has at last become time to discontinue it from our very first release as well.
If you play on a Mac, don't worry. We still have the 64-bit version, which has been the norm for Mac devices for a decade at this point.
With that we bid farewell to our Mac 32-bit version. We will fondly remember your limited addressable space.

Five More Days Until The Paint Is Finally Dry!!
It is getting warmer and spring-like in Sweden🌸Hope everyone is doing well!
With only five days until launch, we wanted to share the results of the Ad-poster event we held a few weeks ago! The magnificent posters you created have finally made it into Bull Street and wow did it help bring that place to life!🚗🚙
To be real with you we’re both extremely excited and completely terrified to finally release the game. We’ve worked hard every day for over two and a half years to make a worthy sequel to Passpartout: The Starving Artist. In the end, we’re super proud of the results and hope that you’ll find a ton of joy in painting your heart away!✨
For those of you interested in a bit of Flamebait lore we were only University students when we made the first Passpartout. Now we’re self-proclaimed professionals delivering the sequel after 6 years. But we wouldn’t have made it without the help of so, so many people. Huge thanks to Synkronosauus, our composers, for making those sweet tunes, and thanks to the interns, testers, QA, localizers, family, friends and of course you, the community. Without the love we received we’d never have been able to live out our indie dream and Passpartout 2 would never have come to light ❤️

🎨 Imaginary Ads Wanted! Passpartout 2
Spring is right around the corner 🌸We’re almost ready to announce our release, but before we do, we wanted to host a tiny creative event 🎨
There's an area called “Bull Street” brimming with savvy business- folk, and there are several blank ad spaces! I thought it’d be fun to invite you to make up three silly or fun ad posters to be featured in the game! This can be anything from a made up fast food chain to an ad for a made up travel agency!🏦
The call for entries is open for six days starting today! Next week on March 8th, we will announce the three ads we think fits best and put them into the game as outdoor ads.
In order to make something that works in this game there are some requirements, so please read the application form before you start! This is also the place you submit your masterful ad creation 🖼

Today we have two exciting things to share. We’re planning an exclusive closed beta test. The idea is that we’ll randomly select from our Newsletter subscribers to get the opportunity to check out the latest version of the game‼️ *If you haven't already subscribed to our secret newsletter, sign up here > https://www.passpartoutgame.com. Our hope is that you’ll try to break the game in every way you can imagine and help let us know what mischievous things you accomplished so we can get rid of them before release. Secondly, I wanted to share some nice progress we’ve been making. It’s called Bull Street and its money-loving residents will hopefully find their way into your heart, or at least your wallet. These business people are on the lookout for clever art investments as well as needing an artist’s hand with various business ventures💰
The main reason I wanted to show off Bull Street is this awesomely endearing heavily trafficked road. JUST LOOK AT THE CUTE CARS GOING VROOM🚙🚗🚕! Uh, anyways, more info about the closed beta will come when we’re ready. The current plan is to run the Beta sometime in February, so stay tuned!

THE COLOR MIXER!🎨 In the world you’ll find recipes for new color palettes that you feed into this marvelous machine. It’ll churn for a while until it’s ready, then popping out a new palette for you to enjoy!
This means that you’ll be able to unlock several different palettes to find the one you love most! We’ve already shown a few of these palettes on our TikTok which you should totally follow if you’re hip ‘n cool. If there are any colors you’d love to see, please let me know in our Discord community.
