Patch 1.0.3 - Russian Localization and small fixes

We just added russian localization to the game!
Other languages are coming soon, too:

Penki will now respect your choice of hat when talking to you (Wears your chosen hat in dialogs).
Levers that already unlocked a path become non-interactable on subsequent runs.
Fixed some problems with the grappler behaviour.
Fixed a small UI issue with the Kart Stop Timer

Added an "Invert Mouse Look" option

Added a small delay that prevents absurdly fast tool switching with the mouse wheel
