Make 'em spin
Rumour goes that dancers really like to take a full spin on the dance floor.



Sometimes it’s also nice to take it slow and just hold hands in front of each other.

Playlists & YouTube
This update brings you support for playlists (.pls) and music selection from YouTube.



The playlist support allows you to select .pls files on your local computer that can make you stay longer on the dance floor while listening to your favorite music lists. Take a look at Wikipedia if you would like to know more about the .pls file format.

The other major update this release is the ability to search YouTube for music and play that on the dance floor. YouTube links can also be placed in playlists if you want. A bit caution about the video playback is that it requires some computing power so if you don’t have the best of machines you might not want to fill the dancefloor with too many characters when playing video. That could make the music stutter a bit.

While the dance floor was closed when we installed the new video support, the girls took the time to go shopping some new cloths. You can check out their new outfits in their customization menu.

Spot that light
The room is now filled with beautiful spotlights!

Be sure to check out all the built-in music since they all now take advantage of these lights.

A long requested feature of randomization in the character customization has also been added in this update.

Major character upgrade
The characters now look better than ever. An upgraded rendering engine for the characters has been added which both improves the looks and the performance.



The rendering performance in general has also been improved which will give you a more stable frame rate.

Get that party started!

If you feel too lonely on the dance floor you can now start a disco with all the characters dancing at the same time. Select the lower right party portrait and go dancing.

MP3
Upon popular request you are now able to play those old stored goodies you have on your hard drive. Dig up your favorite MP3 and shake loose!

Floor coloring
The latest patch upgrades the disco room floor tiling with choreographed coloring for the built-in music. Enjoy!

Feel those beats?
A brand new holographic screen is being installed in the disco room. One wonders what the future holds for this.
Right now there are rumors of some extra beats coming from the room.

Character customization
Personal Disco VR just got an update that now allows you to customize the appearance of your dance partner characters. Create prettier, ugly or why not a weird alien character if you prefer that. It is up to you!

You are now also allowed to teleport around within the disco room.
