The following items have been updated in this release:
- Refinements to the Starver AI (including reactions to the flare and aggro levels)
- Refinements to general pathfinding which should reduce running into walls significantly.
- Complete overhaul of the Starver animations.
- Generation of more switchable lights which will allow you to light up a path so you will know where you've been previously.
- Temporary upgrade to the options menu which includes removal of all non-gameplay related post-processing effects (e.g. lens flare, bloom, chromatic aberration, etc) as well as y-inversion.
Note that we are continuing to work on an overhaul of the ingame menus to make them much more usable and presentable.
Also note that the initial gamma calibration screen has been broken with our recent changes, so we will get this back asap.
- The addition of a new sewer environment at Level 4 (just a basic foundation first - much more will be added to this template over time).
Note that there is a known texturing issue currently where shining your torch on some areas will cause flickering.
- A permanent fix for the Alt-tab issue that affects some PCs. Note that you can now Alt tab out of the game at will with this fix.
- Fix for the Spider and Tools of the Trade Achievements (note we have more achievements to come, some of which will affect gameplay)
- Pistol shadow removed
- Mystery katana drop fixed
We still have a queue of bugs to fix, but please continue to report any bugs or suggestions in our discussion area.
