It's been a long time since I've posted last news. I've finally finished working on the decorations that will be applied to the game. I did really hard work and I think It will bring a big difference in the game. Honestly, it doesn't feel that much changed. I'm currently applying it to the game and will try to finish the work within this month as much as possible.

The resolution has doubled, so it became more detailed The Creature is no longer a moving pixel fragments. This was the first image I had in mind, and I'm satisfied that it came out better than I thought. The update is still a long way off but I'll get it done as soon as possible.

As you know, ponchoman is a low-resolution pixel game. It's minimalistic. But I feel limited in expression. So I'm trying to double the resolution.

Active item and status system
It's been a really long time since I've updated it. Ponchoman can now use something called an active item. Active item has only very basic things like throw-in, medicine, and I'm going to add items later.
And from now on, what you get from the Choose system is no longer replaced by the current state. Which means that once you choose, you'll never reappear in the Choose system again The Tab key opens the Status to allow for replacement as if it were an inventory. I've tried, but I recommend that you refrain from using it if there are problems because bugs or unintended things may occur. But I'll solve it quickly.
About future updates
Many say that game content is consumed too quickly. I'm also aware of that and I'm trying to improve it. Ponchoman has a lot of updates coming up. I'd like to share a few things with you now.
First of all, I'm currently introducing an active item. Active items can be used as throwing weapons, such as frag grenade, flash bang and molotov. It can also be auxiliary equipment, such as adrenaline syringes and first aid kits.
And the bullets and parts chosen by the choose system... It's no longer a replacement method, it's added to the inventory. I'm trying to make sure the player can press tab at any time to replace it.
I also want to add key settings for players who are experiencing a lot of inconvenience due to key placement.
And this is something I'm still thinking about, I'm trying to fix the basic game system to reduce the repetitive and boring feeling. For example, new maps and mobs.
In addition, I'm planning to add more attachments and other improvements to add content as soon as I can think of it.
Choose UI improvement
Since its launch, it has received many reviews for its poor explanation of choose. So I've made a big improvement in the UI, allowing players to know exactly what the results are based on their choices.
New ammo type 'calibar'
With this patch, ammo type calibar has been added. The existing ammo type was gauge. If it was like a shotgun, Calibar is close to a rifle. Adding caliber does not mean removing gauge. When you start the game, you will choose either calibar or gauge randomly.
Related patch Semi-auto and full-auto have their own advantages. The semi-auto does not spread out and can be launched faster than the full auto if rifle is modified mainly for recoil control.
