Pre-Strike Journal Update
Hey there!

We've got a big journal update, along with some other things:

  • An update to the journal! Learn more about the people you share your camp with.
  • The journal also includes business earnings, so you can keep better track of your finances.
  • Clicking on the mailbox now opens and closes it.
  • A few other small bug fixes.

Random Event Update!
Hey there!

It’s been a while since our last major update, but we’ve been working on some things! Today, we’re releasing an update for random events. More items should randomly pop up around the map and either supply you with some extra resources, or snatch them right out of your pocket!

Along with the truck carrying cargo, keep an eye out for:

  • A bottle washed ashore
  • Franny’s market
  • Theo’s axe
  • K-Rat’s concert

For 60 seconds, a dialogue box will pop up to let you know that a random event has spawned. Besides that, the item on the map will have a bubble with an exclamation point. If you’re still having difficulty finding the random events, let us know and we’ll try to make them more obvious in the future!

Due to popular demand, we’ve also added volume sliders for the side effects and music.

Steam Cloud Update
Hey there! We've added a few things to Pre-Strike!


  • The button to clear your save is disabled, but if you feel like you need to clear your save for whatever reason, we’ve made a forum post on how to do so through Steam.
  • A new random event will have a chance to appear every fifteen minutes or so – keep an eye on the dirt road!
  • Steam Cloud should make a backup of your save.
  • Your friends’ list will now be notified of your total level in Pre-Strike – the more you upgrade your businesses, the higher your total level will be.
