Valve, 2K and Pre-Civilization (our games are unavailable in store)
Dear players! The Valve has informed us, that they have received claims on behalf of 2K, Inc. that our games (Pre-Civilization Egypt, Pre-Civilization Marble Age) infringe 2K’s trademark for “Civilization.” And they have removed these games from the Steam store while this matter is under dispute.
We already contacted 2K representative regarding this mistake and we hope to resolve this issue soon. Why we think this is a mistake:
We can’t find the registered trademark “Pre-Civilization” in attached XLS documents with registered 2K trademarks.
In dictionaries and science literature it is an independent word meaning the time prior civilization (that exactly our games are about). http://www.yourdictionary.com/precivilization
And we pointed out that for example Galactic Civilizations series may have the same problems with in future in this case.

Update 1.0.2 + Achievements+ DE and FR localizations
Dear players! We are pleased to inform you that the new update is completed. Fixed bugs, made a lot of changes and long-awaited Achievements are available. More details can be found below.
Attention! With the new update, there may be compatibility issues with older savegames from previous versions. In order to avoid them, we suggest to start a new game or continue an old version game with previous version.
To switch the versions, use the BETAS tab in game Properties in Steam library.
New features:
Added German and French languages
Added 84 Steam Achievements with new goals and challenges!
Added animation «death of the worker» and the camera moves to the dies worker at the time when this happens.
Added option to adjust the frequency of autosaves in the game settings
Added a new event "Game goals", it shows as a permanent trial and serves as a reminder about the global goals of the game
Changes in the demo
Demo Version updated to 1.0.2 version and now available in German and French languages too.
Changes in the game:
Map camera returns to its original position after displacement
Chances of rebellion and invasion, now cannot be higher than 100%
Duration of Humidification of the Sahara event now lasts 4 turns, instead of 2
Slightly increased the frequency of occurrence of random events after the end of the game.
Improved irrigation. Now any field built after irrigation, still get +1 food.
Tribes on the map of Egypt sometimes will have a “knowledge” as a tradable good.
If the technology “Primitive army” has not been studied during the failure of the subjugation of another tribe, the losses of our tribe will be 2 times less, not 4 but 2 people.
The amount of resources received from the events National Inspiration during the last trial was increased. The farer you from the goal conditions, the more appropriate resource will be given to you as you getting the end of the game. For example, the longer you fail to explore the technology “Single Pantheon”, the more culture you will get from the National inspiration.
Links in the game are now lead to the site of Pre-Civilization series, not only Egypt.
AutoSave notification now appears now only once, during tutorial.
If you start to honor God Seth before the great drought, the preamble of this test will change.

More than 100 text fixes.
Bug fixes:
Fixed a bug due to which after loading the game, the new workers do not consume food.
Fixed a bug due to which if, during the any trading, the Improvement of relations event has appeared, the effect of trade remained the same.
Fixed a bug due to which if during the trade, the Strengthening of the tribe event has appeared, the icon-indicator of tribe strength has not changed.
Fixed bug because of which the hint on the last trial was given after scoring, and now you can get it immediately.
Fixed a bug with the "wandering cloud" that appeared even if all maps have been explored.
Fixed a bug when player built barracks in one turn and in the same turn they were immediately damaged during the event, the game became incompletable.
Fixed a bug due to which when counting the scores in the description Challenge of the Gods, the bonus was 0 instead of +2.
Fixed a glitch when the Wedding event was not canceled even after the attack on the bride’s tribe.
Fixed a bug due to which in case of early subjugation of Ombos, there still was a mission to unite with the Thinis.
Fixed bug where under certain conditions, were the improperly disappearance of the tribes.

Dear players, we have almost finished the game localization into French and German. We need your help to test the quality of the translation.

Saves incompatibility between 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 versions
Few players reported about the problems with saveslot files saved in version 1.0.0 when they tried to load them in 1.0.1. version. They wrote that after they have loaded the game – they can’t interact with the tribes.
If you have such problem, to restore the saves, you need to finish the game in version 1.0.0, and start a new game in 1.0.1. version. But remember that the saved game slot should not be overwritten in 1.0.1 version.
To allow you finish your game in 1.0.0 version, we have enabled the possibility to switch the game versions. Update 1.0.1 "Players' wishes" is uploaded
We considered the players’ wishes and seriously improved the game. To fully appreciate the changes, please first start the game from the tutorial.
Patch notes:
Added: the game does not end after 220 turn.
Added: Auto-save, quick save (F5) and quick load (F9)
The easy difficulty became much more easier and on the other difficulties became slightly easier. Various rebalance of the game - about 20 changes.
Improved tutorial, usability and logic of the game, added many new functions and improved old ones. More than 30 changes and innovations.
Fixed known errors such as error of loading saved games. Totally more than 15 different bugs.
A major revision of the texts of the game: 210 changes in the English text, and about 80 in Russian.
