Changes:
-Player's BEST COMBO is now shown in the main menu, above the leaderboards (only counts combos from this patch onwards)

-increased character limit for leaderboard names to 21, for you long named bastards

Fixes:
-fixed crashes caused by pausing and unpausing the game

-fixed high score and leaderboard score sometimes being off by ~20 points
