Improved negotiation when renewing contracts

Fixed creation of custom plays
Thanks to your feedback we have been able to find and fix several small fixes in the game.
In addition to those we have deployed a fix for the custom plays where the players would not move during the games after creating plays.

- Fixed importing players attribute in the dataeditor
- Added field in the export of players (is generated)
- Updated attributes of players in Italy
- Updated attributes of players in Turkey
- international qualifiers fixed
- Improved wanted salaries, especially for low level players
