We're pleased to tell you that the issue making players unable to play after the 2nd season on the Pro Cyclist has been resolved through a hotfix. However, recovery of the save files is not guarantee, this part of the issue will be fixed through a patch coming soon.
Until this is completely solved, we have a temporarily solution for you. Take a save file from July 2019, before the transfers opening.
Copy the .cdb file (according to the displayed date) from "My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2019/Weekly saves".
Paste the file in "My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2019/Cloud/ [profil user]".
Note: You can rename the file if you want.
Launch the game
Load a save and find the added file.
In the event that this solution doesn't work, please do the same actions as mentioned above for but a save file from December 2019.
Once again, we deeply apologies for the inconvenience this issue caused to many of our players, please know that we are dedicated on making Pro Cycling Manager 2019 a better game.

When registering the riders, the briefing dashboard (registered rider and stage favorites) did not update.
