+ Added Ambush Gamemode: This gamemode, as it currently stands, lets you fight against 5 waves of enemies. You can switch between any element at the start of the game, but you have to keep it for the rest of the time. + Added Stickler: This grasshopper-like insect bounces around the map. If it sees an enemy nearby, it will hide away in its spikey shell. + Added Spiny Stickler: This variant of the stickler will shoot out its spikes when an enemy is nearby. It's sprite-work is currently not in. Watch for a patch soon to update that. + Added Flitcut Drone: This small flying insect flutters about the map. If it spots an enemy, it will hunt it down for an attack! Watch out for swarms of them! * Updated most of the player moves. They are still being worked on, but look a lot nicer now. + Added a shader system. Currently, the only shader being used at the moment is a screen shake when the player does certain attacks.

Additionally, Demo version 2.41 is out now! 2.41 - Time. Some environments can now change with the season. It's currently fall when I wrote this. - House Editor. You can't buy houses or house items yet, but the foundation is there! Go enter your house and play with the door or something - Map Editor Stuff: There is a bit too much to mention here. - Player Moves: Lots of the players abilities have been modified. Test them out in the map editor! - New Server System: It's still a baby, so it does not have all the old features yet! - Check out #change_log in our discord for more details

Hello, community! The Project Amaranth development team has been considering ways to bring content to you faster. What we have come up with is a “Stable Release.” Those of you with the demo will be able to access early content ahead of our bigger releases. This will include new map editor features, possibly new gamemodes, and more! The Stable Release is available now.
To access: You must have the demo downloaded. Right click 'Project Amaranth' and click properties. Go to the betas tab and in the drop down menu select 'stable.' The game will update automatically.
As always development will continue on our bigger release of the Nature Region. We hope you continue to be patient with us as we make further progress.
