Prompt

Version 1.4.1 - Bugfix and feature update

This will be the last feature update to Prompt. Controller support has been reworked to improve responsiveness and remove potentially dropped button inputs. The brightness slider now works better on screens with low gamma. There are in-game prompts indicating progression. And most importantly, Prompt now crashes less and runs significantly better on certain Linux installs and displays at very high resolutions.

There have been many smaller tweaks besides the listed major changes - as always, feel free to let me know what you think in the forum.

Workshop support is now live!

It's been a busy year with a lot of unexpected delays, but I am proud to announce that starting tonight Prompt has full Steam Workshop support! You can upload levels you've created in the editor and download all the levels you want from the community.

While this is the most exciting part of the 1.4 update, there are a ton of important bug fixes and optimizations included. Some of you will be very glad to hear that Prompt no longer requires a Java installation to run, and it is entirely compatible with SteamOS! Controller support is also now much more refined, and should work seamlessly with most setups.

I would also like to say thank you to everyone who has bought and supported my game on Steam. It means a lot to me as a lone developer just starting out, and your responses have been invaluable. Keep being awesome!

Achievements are here - Workshop support is coming soon!

A long-absent feature of Prompt is now fully functional - now you can fail to complete Prompt in a whole new way with achievements!

In addition, full Workshop support for uploading and sharing levels made in the editor will be coming in the next update. Finally.
