The Horror Game Awards 2023 will take place on september 7th during Fear Fest 2023. The winners will be announced live from a haunted mansion in Kracow (Poland). Feardemic partners with IGN for this second Fear Fest. The whole 2 days event will be streamed on IGN's YouTube channel. Don't miss it !

We are very happy to finally announce that you play Propagation: Paradise Hotel now ! Be sure to get extra batteries for your flashlight cause you’re going to be exploring very dark surroundings…
It took 2 years to develop Propagation: Paradise Hotel, and we are pretty proud of the result. Although it was also made for standalone VR headsets, the Steam version is upscaled to meet PCVRs’ performances.
Here is a short list of details that you Steam users and only you will be able to enjoy:
Bullet holes on zombies when shot
More details on floors and walls (blood, dirt, humidity…)
Better effects when walking or shooting in the swimming pool
Rain in lobby
Dynamic shadows when lit by flashlight
High definition textures
Better reflection in materials

There are only 6 days left before Propagation: Paradise Hotel kicks off and we thought it might be a good time to answer a few of your recurrent questions about the game. Hopefully we cover most of it !
IS IT GONNA BE SCARY ?
YES. I’m not gonna lie, your stay at the Paradise Hotel will be a little… uncomfortable if I may say. It will be overwhelming and there will be blood. But the thing that is gonna be persistent is the extreme tension. Be prepared to jump out of your skin and hide somewhere safe !
IS IT A STATIC WAVE SHOOTER ?
NO. How can you find Ashley in the Paradise Hotel without moving ? Get your best shoes on and get ready to move, well at least in the game. But we know some of you might apprehend motion sickness, this is why we’ve included the teleportation option.
IS IT GONNA BE HARD ?
IT CAN BE. Obviously we want the Paradise Hotel to be as welcoming as it can be. Whether you are looking for a quiet exploration or a harder challenge, you will be able to choose from 4 difficulty levels : Easy - Normal - Hard - Nightmare. Hopefully it will let all of you have an enjoyable experience.
HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO FINISH THE GAME ?
Depending on how easily scared or distracted by the Hotel’s lovely surroundings you are, you can expect a few hours of tension. But from what we’ve seen so far, the average player will complete the game in about 4 hours on a standard difficulty. It could take up to 7 hours to get all achievements done. Don’t hesitate to tell us about your experience on Discord !
IS THERE A CO-OP MODE ?
NO. And for one reason only, we wanted to create an immersive experience where the player is the only hero of the story. You won’t be able to count on anybody else but yourself to survive inside the Paradise Hotel, and trust me it’s gonna be a real journey.
HOW MUCH IS THE GAME ?
Don’t be afraid of the not so clean bedsheets and the lack of food, book your stay at the Paradise Hotel for $19.99 (19,99€). Just make sure to be well fed and well rested before playing and everything will go fine !

It is with great pleasure that we can share with you the official gameplay trailer for Propagation: Paradise Hotel. Learn a bit more about the game mechanics, the hotel’s darkest places and its new population before the game is released on May 4th.
NIGHTMARE HOTEL
It is no secret that the Paradise Hotel is no paradise at all. Although it could be frightening, please make sure you visit every accessible room and facility (yes, even the vents)... It might seem like you and Owen are by yourself there, but you will meet other characters that might be of help throughout the story. By the way, keep track of where you are by using your map !
KEY ITEMS
Once you discover that you and Owen aren’t the only two survivors inside the hotel anymore, you will have to find your sister Ashley. While wandering in the darkest places of the hotel, it is strongly recommended to gather a number of resources in order to safely progress in the story.
In this gameplay trailer, you can actually see some of the key items of the game. Do not neglect these objects: battery, ammunition and bottle of antiseptic, as you will need them to survive the very strange hotel’s clientele.
If you ever feel trapped or too scared to keep going, remember that your sister is counting on you.

Propagation: Paradise Hotel to be released on May 4th

We are very excited to share with you guys that Propagation: Paradise Hotel will launch on May 4th. We decided to produce a proper cinematic trailer for this special occasion. It has been a work in progress for a while but we are ready to let you enjoy it.
As you might already know, Propagation: Paradise Hotel is a solo VR adventure in which the player will be emotionally challenged through an anxious and horrifying atmosphere. Our goal is to propose an immersive experience inside the Paradise Hotel where Emily is desperate to find her twin sister Ashley.
The player will have to explore every corner of the Hotel, especially the darkest ones, in order to gather resources, key items and solve some puzzles. Sometimes it won’t be possible to run, you will have to confront and survive terrifying encounters. This is why every resource has to be used wisely. Don’t say we didn’t tell you 🙂
Thanks to all of you that gave us feedback and suggestions throughout the Closed Beta process, Propagation: Paradise Hotel will be available to play on May 4th.
