  • We will send a separate notification email to the address you provided in the event participation survey. Please check your email inbox carefully.
  • Email sender for winner notification: pubgsocialevent@pubg.com
  • To verify the winner's identity and for prize shipping, we will collect personal information through the winner notification email.
  • If there is no response within 14 days after the first email, a second email will be sent.

​In-Game Rewards


  • Rewards will be sequentially sent to the winners' inventory under the Customize - Utility tab, starting from January 18, 2024 (UTC).

Important Notes


  • If you are a selected winner, kindly reply with your accurate personal details such as address and contact information as per the instructions in the winner's email for reward delivery.
    • Inaccurate information may lead to difficulties in reward distribution.
  • The Company, Krafton, Inc., will bear any costs related to taxes and dues arising during reward distribution.
  • Rewards unclaimed due to failure to contact winners within a month after the first email, or due to refusal of receipt, may be used for future events.
  • For efficient delivery, the winner's personal information (name, contact, address) may be handled by a courier service.
  • As a selected winner, the Company may collect additional personal information such as name, address, contact details, and identity verification documents for the purpose of reward distribution and handling of taxes and public dues, which will be the responsibility of the Company. A separate consent process for this data collection and use will be conducted.
  • The Company may outsource your personal information for the smooth execution of events and promotional activities.

  • Winners who violated event guidelines, used someone else's screenshots, or engaged in fraudulent behavior may face disqualification and reward reclamation even after winner announcement and reward distribution.
  • Winners may lose their eligibility if the registered post for event participation is private, preventing content verification, or if posted on an inappropriate site.
  • If your PUBG nickname changes after event participation, there may be restrictions on the delivery of the reward.
  • The reward can be replaced with another item of equivalent value depending on the situation.
