New System: Vehicle Skin System Update
A new system enabling you to choose special vehicle skins for a fancier experience has arrived!
You are now required to press certain keys to equip vehicle skins.
Two new categories have been added to vehicle skins: Basic Skins and Special Skins.
These categories have been added to your Customize – Vehicle page.
You can select one Basic Skin and one Special Skin to choose from when you’re in-game.
Keys for equipping vehicle skins have been changed to the following:

Players who’ve been using the above keybindings for vehicle use will have to change their keybinding settings again after this update.
Console players must head over to their custom controller presets to customize their keybinds for equipping vehicle skins.
You may modify the keybindings, but you are unable to remove them entirely.
Equipping vehicle skins
The list of Basic and Special skins you’ve selected at Customize will pop up for you to select.
If you’ve selected only one skin (either category) at Customize, the vehicle will equip its skin immediately.
Vehicle skin equip effect
A special effect has been added to vehicles when equipping skin.
The effect will be canceled if:
The vehicle moves (driving, collision, friction, etc.)
A player gets in the vehicle
The player moves too far from the vehicle after interaction
The vehicle receives damage (tire damage included)
When another player selects another skin
If the effect is canceled, the vehicle will maintain its original appearance.
If the vehicle received damage during the effect, the damage will remain on the vehicle.
With the Roadster Motorcycle no longer a world spawn vehicle, the El Solitario Desert Wolves skin has been categorized as a Special Skin.

McLaren vehicle skins are purchasable as Special Skins.
The Coupe RB’s original features will not be affected by the McLaren skins.
McLaren Container
A special container will spawn in each starting point of Erangel, Miramar, Taego, Sanhok, Vikendi, and Deston. These special containers will open up to reveal a vehicle with a McLaren skin equipped.
Players who own a McLaren vehicle skin can interact with these containers.
Only the player who opens the container and/or their teammates can ride and drive the McLaren vehicle.
Players may interact with these containers until they board the plane.
Containers and the McLaren vehicle will be removed once a match starts.
The McLaren containers will be available to use for three months.

New Pass: Crafter Pass
To allow players to experience the Workshop feature, the main rewards include items that can be used for McLaren Workshop. For those who have been waiting for the next round of the Survivor Pass, it’s not gone! Survivor Pass will be coming back in December, so stay tuned!

Before we introduce this update’s new weapon skins, we’d like to start out with a few words about our progressive weapon skin level system.
During the development of new progressive skins, we thoroughly think through how we should plan out progressive weapon skin levels. Questions and suggestions such as which skins would be the most appealing, which level would have players feel the greatest accomplishment, which rewards placed at which level would have players feel as if it’s worth the challenge, etc. are regularly brought together and eventually influence the final decision.

The P90 is a fully automatic SMG preferred by players in various situations. Still, it was only available through supply crates and was sometimes considered impractical because it used 5.7mm ammo. The MP9, on the other hand, spawns on the map and uses more popular 9mm ammo. Although it has a slightly lower effective range, fire rate, and damage than the P90, it is an excellent alternative for players who enjoy the P90’s playstyle.

There are always fast-paced car chase scenes with loud sirens in action movies. With the introduction of the Pillar Security Car, you can also recreate scenes from these movies! So turn on the flashlight and the loud sirens, and quickly chase and catch the enemies running away from you! In addition, high-quality equipment can be found in the vehicle’s trunk, so if you see a Pillar Security Car nearby, hop in!

New Tactical Gear: Blue Chip Detector
No need to strain your neck muscles to look around for enemies any longer! Allow the new Blue Chip Detector to automatically scan your area for you any time.
Pick up a Blue Chip Detector and press the appropriate key to see the screen.
The screen updates every 5 seconds regardless of whether you are looking at the screen or not.
The Blue Chip Detector will make a beeping noise per screen update.
Only the holder can hear this noise.
Whenever the screen updates, it scans 100m in radius around you for enemies and displays the location of up to 12 of the closest enemies as dots.
The Blue Chip Detector will make an additional, different beeping noise if it detects at least one enemy after a screen update.
Only the holder can hear this noise.
The enemy dots will stay on the screen for 1 second.
If a detected enemy is significantly higher or lower than your position, the enemy dot will additionally feature a V-shaped icon indicating the height difference.
Enemies detected on the screen are not shown in real time.
The dots will stay in the same place on the screen even after the enemy moves.
The Blue Chip Detector takes up your primary weapon slot.
Screen ping markers can not be used when you are looking at the Blue Chip Detector’s screen (ADS).
We understand it gets annoying when you run into enemies without proper cover, and the experience when dying in a situation like this isn’t all that good. So, to improve things by a big step, we’re introducing a Folded Shield that’s easy to carry, install and quickly hide! Now, stay safe with the Folded Shield!

Increased attachment spawns such as stocks and foregrips as very few of them are being spawned in Sanhok.
Increased certain DMR weapons and popular items as well (but not too much)
Total number of spawned items has been increased by 10%.
To reduce vulnerable deaths in popular spots such as Bootcamp, Camp Alpha, Camp Bravo, Camp Charlie, Quarry, etc. the anticipated # of items spawned within a single spawn spot has been increased by 30% (only in these military areas).

TheParachute skin and Medals are permanent rewards.
The rest of the obtainable rewards are available for use during a single Ranked season.
Rewards can be found in your Inventory once Season 19 starts.

Lobby
New System: Lobby Customization
Use the new Lobby page added to the Customize menu to customize your lobby with your favorite vehicle and weapon skins!
In the Customize – Lobby page, you can…
Change your lobby background.
Display the weapon and vehicle skins you currently own by selecting your favorites.
You can display up to 6 weapons and 1 vehicle.
Weapon attachments are not included.
Your party members will see the party leader’s customized lobby.
You are unable to customize your lobby when you are in a party.
Normal Match and Ranked Match lobbies have merged into a single lobby for consistency in customization.
The Customize – Lobby feature is only available to Plus Status users. Upgrade your account to Plus Status and unlock many more features like this!
※ Plus Status: An account you can upgrade from your Basic account with $12.99 USD to unlock many benefits and features such as Ranked Matches, creating Custom Matches, earning extra Survival Mastery XP and much more.
Plus users will automatically receive a new Survivor Base item that unlocks the Lobby customization feature. A Notification will let you know you’ve received the item.

Watch Team Emote
You can now Watch another team’s player using a Team Emote.
Watch Team Emote is a feature that only applies to the infinite loop Team Emotes. It allows you to participate indirectly with other team players performing emotes. When watching, you can hear the emote’s music and show simple movements as if you are watching.
To watch other team players, focus on a different team’s player and press the Interaction key.
Up to 10 players may Watch a single player’s emote.
Emote With Your Squad Mates
Team Emotes can now be performed with up to 10 members (previously 4) in Custom Matches only. However, team emotes with a standby action, and the same start and end points between players are not eligible.

Assassin's Creed in Haven
Hello Brothers and Survivors,
The largest multinational corporation entity - Abstergo Industries - of Assassin's Creed has established a temporary facility in Haven of PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS: so we want you, an Assassin of the Assassin Brotherhood, to find out what they're up to this time and prevent Abstergo's influence from spreading even further.
During the #19.1 update, it'll be your job to land on Haven, break into Abstergo Industries, and survive till the end through stealth exploration of the sector's silent depths. Several in-game Assassin costumes to help furtive actions are also available at the Store, so check them out before you head out.
Lastly, here's a few heads up on what you'll be facing once you dive down on Haven.
Haven: Abstergo Industries
On the plane to Haven, make sure to plan to land between Steel Mill and Residential to infiltrate Abstergo Industries.
One of the values of the Assassin Brotherhood may be to "stay your blade from the flesh of an innocent," but be aware that a single innocent being does not exist on the Battlegrounds.
How Long Will They Stay?
We've been told the temporary Abstergo Industries facility will take root in Haven for a certain period only. Make sure to accomplish all deeds before then.

Match Ruleset
“King of the Hill” (Lodge Defense) – Two Matches
Brazil national football team and Paris Saint-Germain F.C’s number 10, a.k.a Neyma”ru” in South Korea! Neymar Jr. and his squad, made up of our LATAM regional influencers and official partners, are coming to Deston!
During the event, Neymar’s squad will only be eligible to loot in the Lodge area of Deston. However, to give them a little compensation, we will allow the squad to select extra weapons that they desire.
All they have to do is let Neymar succeed in hitting particular targets with his ball in the studio before the match starts. If he does, the selected weapons will spawn in the Lodge area.
Other partners can only loot outside the Lodge area and are limited to using Melee weapons, Crossbows, or Pistols. On the other hand, Tactical Gear, boost, and heal items are free to use.
The Blue Zone will slowly tighten into the Lodge area. Can Neymar and his squad become king of the hill? There will be two rounds of the hill shooter battle. Watch to see who becomes king!
Conditions
Deston / TPP / 8-man Squad / Total of 64 Players
Goal
Defend the Lodge area with at least one squad member alive.
Rewards
If Neymar’s squad survives

If Neymar’s squad fails to defend the hill
Each player from the team that eliminates Neymar will earn 10,000 G-Coin.
8-man Squad Classic Battle Royale – One Match
We also have a match with the classic battle royale rules in plan. All players will be limited to level one gear to maximize the thrill. However, Neymar will be the only one to have access to level 3 gear and Self-AED.
To give our official partners an extra handicap, Neymar will kick the ball again in the studio. He’ll get the chance to decide which weapons other partners will use if he hits the target!

How to Participate
KRAFTON Account
First and foremost, you’ll need a KRAFTON account (if you don’t have one already). A KRAFTON account is a KRAFTON-exclusive account (as distinct from a PUBG account) where you can receive various news from KRAFTON games.
Go to PUBG.COM and press the Login button (upper right corner) to sign in/sign up right away!
Link Your Account
After signing in to your KRAFTON account, you’ll need to link your game AND stream platform accounts to successfully participate in our Partner Drops. (Please be aware account-linking methods may vary per platform, so make sure to follow the provided instructions carefully!)
Check Out Drops Missions
Now it’s time to complete various missions and earn those Drops! There are two ways to check out what missions are available:
Read the monthly Drops announcements on PUBG.COM.
Access your streaming platform (ex. Twitch) → select the PUBG category in the Browse menu → Watch streams that have the “Drops Enabled” label!
Watching Conditions
Once you choose your favorite PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS Partner’s streaming channel to watch, all you need to do is fulfill the requirements for the rewards! Once you satisfy the conditions, the Claim button automatically appears at the bottom. You can claim your rewards by clicking the button.
Check Your Rewards
Go to the Customize menu to check out your Drops rewards. If you haven’t received them, please make sure all your accounts are properly linked and you have clicked the Claim button from the stream.
Here are some notes to keep in mind for Partner Drops:
※ You’ll be able to receive drops through our PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS Partners only.
※ Rewards are only obtainable during the Drops period.
※ To receive the rewards, you must have a KRAFTON ID and link it to your gaming platform AND Twitch/each region’s streaming platform.
※ Korea, China, and Thailand viewers will be receiving redeem codes instead of drops due to their different streaming platforms.
※ Items can be acquired after the Live Server Update on Console platforms.
