It's a simulator where you play with and make fireworks.
There's a bunch of different fireworks in it including the Stealthy Raccoon, based on this game's uh, stealthy raccoon. It's basically a bottle rocket. This is what it looks like:
They take place in the same universe, it's sort of like the thing Marvel does but this isn't the MCU it's the uh, Isopod/Raccoon cinematic gaming universe. The IRGU... Ok that's not the name but you get the idea.
Here's a raccoon dunking cotton candy in water gif, it's a metaphor for how the sale will disappear just like the cotton candy. This is one of those gif implementations that you have to think about to absorb it's deeper meaning.

Bonus Raccoon Fun Fact: They actually don't wash their food, scientists best guess is they have sensitive nerve endings in their hands and when they put them in water it helps give them information about what they are going to eat since their vision isn't great for that.
The Raccoon Fangirls Attack!
They are the Raccoon Fangirls, insidious villains born from pure darkness. Thought only to be legends or tall tales, they are very real. Their only drive is to capture a raccoon and submit them to cruel torture like "Dressing them up in a cute outfit", "Pinching their cheeks" or something even more diabolical, "Petting their striped tail."
Jess: Paints her face and dyes her hair to look like a raccoon, will walk and run like a raccoon if the situation allows.
Ventura: Carries around an exclusive raccoon themed bag she received from being a top ranking contributor to the Raccoon Foundation.
Sam: Completely silent, you know she is a raccoon fan because of the shirt.
They are found on level 5 of Raccoon Tales, chasing you into a nearby arcade you must escape before capture.
