Major update - Arcade mode, new scenery, Chinese localization and practice mode!
We’d like to announce Racket Fury keeps changing for the better and is getting closer to Full Release! With this major update, we’re bringing several changes and improvements into the game.
1) Two modes to choose from - Full Simulation and Arcade mode
So far, Racket Fury has been all about real-life table tennis experience. We’ve put lots of effort into developing the most accurate in-game physics as possible, by tweaking it with professional table tennis players.
Anyway, there’s also a certain group of players who are looking for pure fun while playing table tennis. Hence our decision to let the players choose between two variants of the game - Full Simulation or Arcade Mode that provides gameplay assist. In arcade mode, your reflexes and tactics are top priorities and they’re of much greater importance than your skills.
Adding the Arcade mode extends the scope of in-game content, as there are now two campaigns to go through!

2) Additional scenery - Dusty Outskirts
Eager to play on a different arena? We’ve added additional scenery so now you can defeat your opponents in two different environments.

3) Practice mode PRO
This feature enables you to enhance your skills and become stronger with every match because from now on you can practice like a pro.

4) Improved game dynamics
To make the game much more dynamic, we removed the gaps between the point and your serve. Now you can start an exchange without further ado ;-)
5) Chinese localization
We're curious what you think about the new features so don't forget to post your feedback here! :-)
Racket Fury DEMO - Menu issue fixed
Yesterday we released a Demo but it appears there was a problem with the menu.
The good news is that this problem is already fixed, so you can fully experience the Racket Fury Demo :)
Racket Fury - Gets a Demo!
To allow the users to preview the game prior to purchase, we’re releasing the demo of Racket Fury! Now you can decide for yourself whether it should earn a place in your library :-) We believe the demo is a good way to show off the game and to give the users the opportunity to check out the overall feel the game provides.
In a demo version, you can compete with two players. The first one (easier) is from Rusty Challenge (1st Cup), while the second one (more difficult, not to say MUCH more difficult ;-) is from the Gold Clash (3rd Cup).
Feel free to share your opinions!
ps.
If you can share this information on other channels like reddit /facebook/twitter it will be super helpful!
Racket Fury - EA Update #1 : Multiplayer Physics Fix & Improved AI behavior
Hello everyone,
We'd like to share some improvements with you (those we are capable of publishing right now).
#1 Fixed multiplayer physics issue - now you shouldn't experience any problems with physics in multiplayer mode.
#2 Improved AI behavior in single player mode - taking into account GD73FIVR's feedback, we managed to make some corrections in AI behavior. Right now, every shot the AI makes has some spin (like in real life). Naturally, the higher the cup, the more advanced and stronger shots the AI is capable of. What we learned is that on the higher levels (Gold Clash+) every shot AI makes should with any doubts be on the pro level (no more weak shoots at this level!).
More updates are coming so you can expect several things to be changed/improved/fixed/added such as:
- replay mode,
- advanced practice mode,
- multiplayer 'friends' feature,
- many, many more ;-)
Perhaps the changes are in limited amounts but they are quite crucial. Let us know how you like this update!

Before you dive into what we have prepared for you, we have decided to extend the beta phase up until 21.07.2017. This should give you and ourselves a lot of time to polish Racket Fury before its final release.
