If it is giving you that kind of error, try to see if you can find the Radial Impact folder under the Steam - steamapps - common folder, and clicking on the radial impact.exe file there to see if it works.

Just a note to those who download the game: If you want to erase any saved data such as high scores, just press the 'C' key to do so.
