Hey there Dear Players,



The development of Radline: Quarantine finally comes to an end. The game is unavailable for purchase, after the release of the next update it will be free for everyone. Current players will receive some "backer" stuff and rare items. I'm waiting for some things to be resolved. The outcome will determine whether the next update will be created at all. As you may have noticed, I currently work on Strive for Infinity, and everyone, who purchased either Radline or Radline: Quarantine, will also get SFI for free. (99th level in being consumer friendly xD)

I'm no longer working on Radline: Quarantine, a different team will implement the next updates (or not).

Planned features of the Update 3.0:



  • class system, like medic or engineer, with special equipment
  • fixed respawn mechanics, respawning with a weapon
  • squad UI, health bars of squad members visible on screen
  • new levels, designed more like the Metro Station
  • skins, even more customization, new progression system (more items)
  • fixed difficulty curves, no more unstoppable hordes and low fps
  • faster inventory, slower combat etc.
  • fixed voice chat, or some Discord integration instead of it
  • bugfixes & stuff


I won't get any money for making this update. I will do it for you, and for the game itself. Now it's more like a student project. If you want to help us with the update don't hesitate to contact me!

How about Strive for Infinity?


I've made some progress. I want to add more things than I've previously planned for the Early Access release. The game will be out on Q1/Q2 2019.

Strive for Infinity will be free for everyone, who purchased Radline Quarantine before 5th July 2018. But, what is the game actually about? Stay tuned!



Strive for Infinity is an ambitious roguelike & RPG hybrid set in a dystopian future ruled by the Hyperspace Corporation.


Procedurally generated universe, battle fleets and other ultra-cool features!

The Earth was depleted, the biosphere was dying. There was no hope for humanity any more. Then the Hyperspace Corporation has invented the hyperdrive technology and used an opportunity to take over the world. New colonies were estabilished, advanced technologies have changed the lives of people, but we had to pay a high price for it, we sold them our freedom. On the outskirts of the empire, free people join their forces to overthrow the dictatorship. Today a total war begins for the fate of mankind.


Procedurally generated solar systems! Multitude of different planets and sectors!

In many solar systems there are still remnants of the ancient empire. Terrifying technology awaits being unveiled. You've been carrying plans of a dangerous weapon for Hyperspace Corporation aboard the ship. Out of the blue you were deceived by your employers, your ship is heavily damaged and you are the only survivor. Will you survive in the emptiness of space? Will you continue to be loyal to the corporation? Or will you support the rebels by giving them that dangerous technology? Or... will you use it yourself to overcome the limitations of this universe and reach the true infinity?!

Where is the innovation?
Players will control the spaceship manually using numerous onboard computers, hibernate during long journeys across the galaxy, manage resources, engage in space battles, visit abandoned outposts, and more! There will be 3 different endings based on your choices. As I said before, it will be Roguelike-RPG hybrid, the game itself will be difficult and rewarding! Early Access version will be incomplete. I plan to add outposts, trading stations, ruins, landing on planets etc! I need around 1 more year to finish the Final Release Version.

You may ask why i'm giving it away for free for Radline: Quarantine owners?
Gamedev should be a passion, an art, never a business. All the money is being spent on future game updates. I'm only 19 years old, I don't care about money, I simply need it to maintain the project. There are things more important than money - friendship, love, eventually we will all die and lose everything. Thanks to you I was able to maintain the game for over a year. I need just enough money to be able to continue game development, because I enjoy it. That's all. Enjoy. Thanks :<

Anniversary Update



Hello, fellow survivors!


Hah, so many things to announce! The next update of Radline: Quarantine is finally live! This is the smaller update preceding the next, much larger one. Update 3.0 is approaching and will be available next month, more on that later :)

So, what improvements the current update features?



Completely new match lobby design. Party size has been increased to 5! Level selection and match settings are now easily configurable. You can also switch your equipment there!



Voice Chat is finally here!!! From now you can communicate freely with your squadmates.
Push-to-Talk using [ V ] or [ Y ] keys.



Ingame interface is now more responsive. Weapon equip time has been significantly decreased. Brand new automatic shotgun is available in game. Many other weapons have been rebalanced and are noticeably cheaper at supply points.



Metro Station and Blackout levels have been reworked. They are bigger, the new visual effects are astonishing. Also, numerous minor optimizations were made.

Random crashes have been fixed! The game will be more stable. Yay!!! Or at least should be...



Main menu has been improved. It features matchmaking queue.

Stronghold game mode is temporarily locked, because it's being reworked. It will implement different gameplay concept.

So we Decided to push back the Closed beta because we didint have the time to work on the project to a beta build progress

we are going to hopefully push out the beta around

New Closed Beta

We will be releasing an official beta for the game. To get into it we will be giving out a password to backers and maybe some others as well as we want to get a decent test before releasing a public beta.

After we get an ideaof all the bug and etc. we will then move to release a public beta for all you great fans we hope you enjoy the changes and fixes.

Next updates' schedule! Yay!



Dear Players,



Development of Radline Quarantine will be resumed on 14th May 2018. I'm going to share some of the plans for the future of the game. Stay tuned!

First of all, HuntertheWolf have joined the development team! Yay! He will take care of level design, game design and so forth. What does it mean for you? Further updates will simply contain more content, instead of just another technical stuff!

Secondly, it is planned to add about 10 maps, which will partly replace the current ones! We're back to the concept of huge open maps.

Also, many of you have complained about the current implementations of guns and melee weapons. A brand new shooting system designed from scratch will reduce the delays of shooting in a network game.

The entire netcode and all game modes will be rewritten from scratch! I'm going to fix every single issue eccountered in 2018. No more bugs and glitches!

I will also redesign ingame interfaces, they will be much faster to use! Some items will receive new, better icons.

Zombies will operate on a completely new artificial intelligence code. They will also be slowed down and new visual variants will be added.



Finally, the next update will be released in two parts. First one, around 28th May, containing numerous fixes, code improvements and of course all the content that was scheduled for 15th February, because it's almost ready!

And the second part will be released on 30th June. It will comprise a huge amount of new content. This will be a huge step forward and the next stage of the game, the Update 3.0!

Dear Players...


I have some really bad news. I can't spare any time to work on the next update before July nor can afford to work on it.

Thanks to you, the project could have been created. I will never forget it! Everyone who had purchased the game will receive all my future games for free as a thank you for your support.

My sole motivation was passion, not money. All the money I've earned were invested back into the game - I owed you that. I'm still a student and I truly love game development. I did what I could to make the game the best. It was over 2 years of hard work.

Nothing more I can do, unfortunately.

Update 2.0.0



Dear Players...



Today i'm releasing Update 2.0.0. It's the biggest update so far. I've added more content than ever before!!!



A brand new Main-Menu featuring character customization, equipment store, leveling and progression system. All the items can be purchased for ingame currency



Completely reworked Squad-Lobby with previews of all the player characters, starter equipment selection. The better chat and connected player list.



Redefined gameplay mechanics. Supply Points allowing to buy equipment for ingame currency awarded for each kill.

It's a great difficulty balance improvement.



The sentry tesla coils deal devastating damage over time. It has a very short attack range though. Hide it behind barricades for maximum efficiency.



Automated sentry turrets!!! They will engage targets in their line of sight. They are essential for the new Stronghold mechanics.



The Stronghold mode is back! Now you can order supplies via Supply Points and use explosive traps, tesla traps, automated turrets and more!
The procedural building system had been simplified - now it's not that complicated any more to build your own base!!!



Completely new player character models and animations! The characters are now modular and fully customizable. You can purchase equipment in the Main-Menu store.



The entirely different character movement code. Now it supports diagonal sprinting, very realistic player rotation and movement!



Unlockable starter items!!! Each rankup will unlock new starter items! You can select up to 3 weapons, tools, and more! Everything inside Squad-Lobby.



Interface now features visual indicators floating above important objects and supply points. It's now easier to find the starting gear, or to locate your turrets and traps. Crosshair is now dynamic.

A whole lot of new items! Advanced medkits, new bandages, painkillers and more! Now you can craft items or buy them at supply points!



Three new maps! Better optimization - up to 30% FPS boost and greatly improved visual experience. The

Quarantine level is the only level that was present in the previous update. It will be reworked in the December's update.

You can expect fix-patch next week and another big update in December. Linux build will be live this Monday.
