I'm back from moving last week. Unfortunately, we don't have a working live build for our September Event or September Kachua update. Due to this, we are pushing it back by a week with September Event and Kachua being updated September 24th. We're expecting maintenance this week to be short.
Right now, our rough schedule for rest of the month is: September 24th - September Event, Kachua September 29th - Special Maintenance

Short Restart 8/21/2020
Hello everyone, we will be restarting Renewal servers for a short while starting at 6PM PDT. Here are some fixes we're implementing:
Refine Tickets can no longer be consumed by double clicking them
Refine Tickets are account bound and no longer character bound.
Costume Tickets distributed to level 170+ Characters
Various description fixes.
Thor server will start to generate the new instances.

Short Maintenance 8/7/2020
Chaos server will be undergoing a short maintenance today to address 2 issues: server disconnection and setting up diagnostic systems in case the disconnection issues are not resolved. Please plan your gameplay accordingly!
Server will close at 3PM PDT today and expect to reopen at 5PM PDT.
