It is obvious from testing and user feedback that the changes initially proposed seem a little harsh. For historical perspective this is the settings on the various servers. Three seconds is an eternity in WoE and doesn't allow for much reaction when you are trying to fight.

St. Patricks Day Event!
This week we updated Ragnarok Online with our yearly St. Patricks Day Event! Visit Duffy in the South Western Prontera Pub to get started.
