Pre-Release Update
Exciting news: After one year of Early Access, we're wrapping things up for the
Full Release on September 2nd
Get ready to raid and party hard! We'll be live on Steam Broadcasts, celebrating, so join us and help Raiders Of The Lost Island have a great launch! More news about the event soon, in the community and on the game's social media pages.
Until then, try this Pre-Release Update (v0.40) and help us validate it as a stable build.
One awesome thing, you can now invite your friends to play online, directly from the main menu. It's using the Steam's Remote Play Together which works well enough if you don't have your friends on the couch with you.
Also a series of fixes, polishes, and updates, some new achievements about the hidden relics, which now have some special powers, and the new Daruma relic which brings good luck to those rolling at the Wheel of Fortune. Adjusted the quality settings for more performance and added new tips in the Guide Book and on the loading screen. Don't worry, we kept a few surprises for the full version too. Small bug fix
A script error was fixed on the volcano island when earthquake started (while playing in 4 players).
Major Update
Last major update is here, preparing for the full release this summer. Enjoy new islands, treasures, features and tons of fun!
First of all, a couple of NEW ISLANDS to raid! In total there are now 18 plus a tutorial. The adventure sizes was adjusted, with 5 raids on a small adventure, up to 15 on a long one. And for those true raiders, now there is an EPIC adventure with all the existing islands. Survive that!
We have a new tool, the trusty SHOVEL. There is rumor that some shiny GEMS have been buried on the islands. Spot those little twinkles and start DIGGING! They are more expensive than the old gold coins.
And speaking of tools, some SPECIAL EQUIPMENT is sometimes delivered in the hideout. We have the air tank that gives you some extra seconds under water, to grab that last coin that always gets you drowned. And the rope, to create smart shortcuts in the levels.
More unique RELICS to add to your collection for the final auction. The 3 totem heads, that score big time together, the lanterns, that magically turn off if you own more than one, the crystal skull, that is buried somewhere, and quite a few more. Not to mention the secret ones, well hidden in places you'll never think of.
The WHEEL OF FORTUNE event awaits you after a couple of islands, inviting you to spend your fortune tickets and gain more treasures. More than your friends :)
Some islands have now special LOCKED DOORS, that can be unlocked to access shortcut passages or treasures. And the final levels have a TREASURE CHEST, that can only be opened if you bring a SKELETON KEY with you.
We updated the GUIDE BOOK and added tips in the loading screen, to remind you the controls and other important stuff, that more experienced raiders know by heart.
A few FUNNY LINES, sometimes smart, sometimes stupid, spoken by the raiders, as they step on the shores of an island. A point to start a quarrel.
Did you ever wonder how your loot compares to what others managed to get? We have STEAM LEADERBOARDS. Open the Guide Book and check how much others have scored on various adventure sizes, alone or together. Yes, if you are alone, your efforts now can be measured!
And for those who can't find the words to express all this excitement, we have EMOTES. Just hold Y button for 1 second, then tap any combo of 2 buttons. As a gentleman, pop an angry face, before poking your friend in the head with the controller :D
Finally, the long awaited RELEASE is planned for this August. Only a few more things to add, and a few more things to polish :) I know I've been saying this for more than 3 years, but this was quite a journey, and I really hope you'll get the best of fun with your friends and families - and not break any friendships over this :D

The Runaway Lane is the second ending island, one of those levels you get at the end of an adventure. No boat to make here, just another chance get ahead of the others... if you make it to the top, of course!
v0.37 [191126] - added a new final level (and marked as favorite by default) - fixed bug: no more sliding when taken down on slopes - upgraded to unity 2019.2.12f1 (fingers crossed)
v0.36 Update: Post Halloween
The Halloween is over, but here's a small update, not to be sad :)
v0.36 - removed the Halloween theme from the main menu - kept the night on in main menu during 12am - 1am - button hints visible through level geometry (easier to find items lost in tunnels) - fixed small collision issue with boxes in hideout - updated the secret idol ;)
v0.35 Update - Halloween
Additional update with polish and fixes, on top of the new island and the Night Watcher. Enjoy Halloween with a thematic intro and fun night islands. Beware of the Night Watcher!
Beside the update list in v0.34 (new island), here are some more things: v0.35 - fixed bug: rare player stuck in falling state - support to remove AFK players in other options menu - players who join during adventure enter now with lowest total score - 10, instead of 0 - input option to control the menu with all gamepads or just one - tutorial counter takedown move is now optional and is skipped in 15sec if not performed - warning if 2 players assigned the same gamepad in controls options page
v0.34 Update - The Night Watcher
New Halloween themed island, introducing The Night Watcher! Plan your moves carefully, hold on to your loot, and stay in cover, because the eye in the night is always searching!
The new map was marked as favorite by default, so it's included in any adventure. In fact you can mark any maps as favorites in the Quick Raids list.
v0.34 [191020] - Halloween theme night in main menu (will go away after the event) - new island "the night watcher" with Halloween theme and a killer pumpkin - no more locked islands in quick raids list - support marking islands as favorite in the quick raid list (these will be included in adventures with priority) - new islands are marked as favorites by default - portals in secret tunnels must be entered by facing them now - fixed bug: removed forgotten debug keys - fixed bug: ring idol dark glow under water - fixed bug: rare crash in avatar selection if hat was on and keys pressed fast
