I've just been made aware of a new bug concerning bullet trajectory and animation. I apologize dearly to those who have had a subpar experience with RD Mars due to this bug, and I am working to fix it ASAP. From my understanding the bug has only affected a small portion of players.
If you've experienced-
-Bullets pointing in random directions -White/Red bullets that move random directions (outside of the level 4 boss fight) -Boss fights that seem wildly outside the normal difficulty curve (bosses that are too easy due to bullets not being directed at player) -General poor bullet patterns that seem unintentional

The RD Mars title screen is inspired by Giagas. Giagas is the final boss of the SNES game Earthbound. Giagas is representative of the incomprehensible traumas of childhood within Earthbound. It connected nicely to the game in my mind.

RD Mars will often have the player go through memories in Felix's past. In these scenes I get more control over symbolism, and it allows for some game defining moments. I won't spoil what happens when you pass by mirrors for instance, but those who have been following the game closely might know.
