Upcomming Update at the end of May

Hey there Girls and guys,

I know it is being qiet here but no worries. I am still working on the game.
My plan is zu finish the basic map work like caves and biomes to finally implement places to explore and a lot of more stuff + mechanics.

So do not worry that the game is dead. It is and will be more alive than before :)

Hey there girls and guys.

Implementing the voxel system seems to be a thing one man should not work on.

Every time I fix something 2 other issues will follow and I feel like I am loosing time in a never ending loop. So I decided to roll back to the version before the voxel mess and keep working further on this version.

This means the next updates will be content updates and map editing will be gone. But it means your current savegames will not work properly.... Again. Sorry about that and sorry to the people that bought the game just because voxel based maps were in the game.


I hope you can understand the descision. I want to provide a working game and not something that constantly crashes.

More than a little mess

Hey there. I know the last update was a big mess, but no worries I am on it right now and I will do all that I can to fix all the issues and problems.

I am really sorry that I could not do better in all the time it needed but no worries. I have a solution that will fix everything.

The descision to keep the old map was a bit of a romantic one but it was the wrong decision.

Learning from mistakes is a part of the life and I learned that lesson.


Next friday everything will be much better. Promised

Changing the world to a voxel world

Hey there girls and guys.

As the title says I am currently working on a voxel based map that that is running with a random seed. This means you can set a seed to generate a procedural generated world.

Biomes will always have the same space in the world but the map will be different everytime you change the seed.

Additionally it will be possible to use tools to terraform the map.

Digging holes, mine into mountains, it will all be possible.



But this will take some more time.


So no worries because there are no updates every week at this moment.


I am working every day on the game as usual.



Stay tuned for the big update that will change the game to something I always wanted for it :)

Re.Poly Version 0.6.0

Hey there girls and guys. In this update I added a Flagship that has cannons to use.
It is not 100% complete but it should work as it should. Lightning and a cooking station will be added in the next update because I guess the ship has to be tested before I add too much to it.

Some bugs were fixed too as always :)

And as always please send all bugs and issues ingame or via discord so I can fix everything :)

Additions:

+ Added: Logics to directly see how much cannonballs are in the chest
+ Added: 4 Chests with 18 slots each that will be dropped when a ship gets destroyed

- Changed: Wall Torches are placeable on pillars now
- Changed: Wall torches can be manually rotated to fit on pillars now

Fixes:

- Fixed: Quest "Breeding Animals" can not be finished when you just bring a part of the needed breeding food and then another
- Fixed: Chandelier, Standing torch, Wall torch and the normal character torch have to much reddish colour and glow too heavy
- Fixed: Target is not placeable on foundations etc.
- Fixed: Pressing the jump button while sitting on a chair will cause the character to lift up
- Fixed: It is possible to rotate while sitting on a chair
- Fixed: It is possible to summon a mount while sitting on a chair
- Fixed: To gather clay the info says Copper shovel instead of stone shovel
- Fixed: There is no info that beehives need sugar to produce honey and wax

Re.Poly Version 0.5.6

Hey there girls and guys.

In this update I added the glass and iron building parts and most important: The hosted multiplayer issue is solved and you can play a hosted session as usual :)


The next update will take some more time because I will add some good stuff.

Planned is:

- Ships
- Dragonmother event (Bossevent where you can get an item to unlock a dragon mount)
- Persistent data: Unlocked mounts will be unlocked for all joined servers
- More rebuildable places and depending quests

and if the time let me I will add the new mounts for the tropical Iland animals

Much to do which will take some time but stay tuned for it :)

- Changed: Workbench will no longer need Nails to craft
- Changed: Thread will need 2 wool instead of 3 now
- Changed: It is not longer required to unlock Building parts, working stations, decorations and traps to build them
- Changed: Arranged the building menu to the right side to prevent something is hidden
- Changed: Using the hammer to upgrade will only enable the upgrade button when you have enough resources to upgrade

- Fixed: Using a shovel on a mount will show a wrong animation (Standing inside the mount)
- Fixed: Using a bandage on a mount will cause the character to play the animation only in the head (Which causes bobbing)
- Fixed: Wooden Beam is not buildable
- Fixed: The quest "Lost Memories" still have issues with detecting the memory fragments correctly and will take them but will not complete the quest
- Fixed: Breeding animals do not dissolve on death
- Fixed: Horses do not dissolve on death
- Fixed: Beds do not load the owner of itself
- Fixed: Village center and claim sphere do not load registered owners
- Fixed: The seedshop do not show the seeds you can buy

Re.Poly Version 0.5.5

Hey there girls and guys. In this update the planting is changed. You now have to place the seeds into the planting station and every slot has its place.

A new Villager profession: Farming is added. The Villager will automatically harvest grown crops. This will not be instant and take some time so be patient with your Farmers :)

In the next week I will add Glass and the highest tier of building parts as well as some additional Parts to fit some needs.

I fixed the issues and everything should work fine now.

Huge Gamebreaking bug

Hey there. First of all I am really sorry for the issues that are showing up after the last update. As soon as I am home from work I will fix the issues and update as fast as I can.

I was hyped to post this update because it was planned to fix some bugs and bring some cool stuff into the game.

So hyped that I forgot a very important thing and this is the cause of this chaos.

I apologize for this and I guess that you can imagine that this teached me a valuable lesson.

Wait for the next update before you play to make sure that it will not get worse.

Hey there girls and guys. I know I said that the last update is the last for this year but I thought I should kick out annoing bugs before the new year starts. Also I added some cool stuff like a shop and a sickle :)
