As promised this update includes the following changes:
an additional harder AI for skirmish
new rocket soldier type with target following rockets
option to quickly restart a finished game
a defense building can be constructed in parallel with another building
pressing unit group hotkeys twice will jump the camera to the next unit in the group
double clicking on a unit will select all units with the same type in the sight of the camera
shift/alt + drag selection won't reset previous unit selections

As promised this update includes the following changes:
fixed gas truck movement issues when the refinery is too close to a gas hole (saved games are still affected)
attacked enemy units will respond to the attack even if their attacker is not in range
shooting over cliffs issue fixed
locked buildings in campaign mode won't be listed to avoid confusion
speeding up the larger units
lowering soldier training price
selected single units will show their image and a short info when hovering over the image
enemy buildings and units will be selectable to see their image and name
keeping mouse pointer in game window for users with multiple monitors
