Thank you to everyone who has supported this game, the update promised in January is finally live! Due to hardware issues, corrupted files and other problems the update had to be delayed massively but the game will continue to be worked on and supported now and in the foreseeable future.
Here are the changes in the update as mentioned in the January announcement:
A new map
A movement rework including sprint and slide functions.
Bug fixes and general improvements
Last week’s Update
I am very sorry to have delayed last weeks update and I hope everyone can understand the circumstances. I have mock exams rapidly approaching and alongside issues occurring with the features and fixes I am making, things have been taking far longer than expected. I suspect the update will be ready shortly and I am working to fix as many of the bugs mentioned as possible.
Thank you to everyone who has been patient and supportive!
FIRST UPDATE
Red Rage is having its first update next week.
A new, far more dynamic map will be introduced, with more verticality and complexity.
A movement rework will also be added which will make character control far more fluid by introducing sprint and slide functions.
More updates with maps, enemy types, weapons and even game modes will be coming over the next few months so watch for announcements as they come!
Finally, I’d like to thank everyone for the support they’ve given to this game over its first month, with all the feedback and encouragement. It’s with everyone’s help that I’m able to create an experience that people enjoy and I look forward to improving the game over time.
