Based on feedback from the most useful review this game had (so far). An FOV slider + its functionality was implemented into the game. One can set the FOV between 50 to 100. If you're a bit used to Unreal games, I'm pretty sure you could alter the FOV in a different way. Enjoy ;)
Kind regards,

WIP 'The Lab'
Good evening,
Troubleshooting code can be a cumbersome task. At times days could pass before the solution is found and implemented. Huge sigh of relief is had at this very point and then it's onward to the next problem/solution. However the past has taught me to keep variety in whatever I do in this life, as such I focus on mapping here and there.
Meet the newest WIP map. The Lab. This map is being made resources from maps I bought and Dungeon Architect.
This map retains the sense of an large arena map. Here it's key to make use of its environment. From hiding inside boxes to camping out a room to get those sweet kills.
However there's more to this map than meets the eye. This map is the birthing place of the machines which you have come to know as the 'Renegades'.
Have I sparked your interests? Good. You can expect this map as soon as I'm pleased with the final result!
RENEGADE: Alpha v 2.0
Hi all,
Last year I've announced halting the development of Renegade due it being too heavy to carry by myself and deliver a finished product in a short time frame. I had lost sight of what I was doing it for and I was gutted people paid for a product delivered in the state it was.
It was never the idea to turn this into my primary source of income as I am already engaged in a full time job. Me doing this was merely to continue a hobby (creating stuff) which I was previously engaged during the time I heavily modified Aliens vs. Predator 2 (over a decade). The funds raised would then be used to get a hold of more marketplace resources and tailor it into a classic first person shooter with a modern twist.
Practically no additional funds came in, marketing was lacking terribly and there simply wasn't the help/knowledge I needed to deliver the game completed in the short term. Constructing a video game from scratch is a hell of a lot more different than simply modifying an existing product. So this thought processing, while receiving little to no constructive feedback, lead to the halting of development.
As time progressed, other games were played, there was always this itch to continue with Renegade. After some time, I decided to pick it back up and finish what I had started. To finish it, it could take a while, however given my approach moving forward this present day will give the time it needs to finish it up.
To further emphasize my point of being a hobby project. The game will be free to play from this moment onward. You might ask yourself if I'm going to start with paid skins and what have you? The answer is no, nor will this change in the future. As noted about, this was never to be something that would turn into my primary source of income.
Some time today, the game will be available once more with the latest build. This build has changed a lot under the hood and should feel a bit more better. However there's still a lot of work to be done. My apologies to those who bought and expected more from it in the short term. There is simply no excuse, yet one must regard this still falls under an early access game. If you do decide to pick this game up, please by all means post feedback / report technical issues in the appropriate sections of the forums.
