Restricted-RPS going Free to Play
The next upcoming update of Restricted-RPS will transition to Free to Play. Current owners will see no changes to their experience (except hopefully more players).
Besides pricing, this change we will be introducing "public server uptime windows" where the public servers list will only show servers during allotted times, to help funnel players into specific timeslots.
This change will not affect current owners, who retain the right to have their server featured on the public servers list at any time. There will be paid DLC available for post-Free to Play owners to gain access to this right also.

Added twitter bot (@RRPS_Servers) which receives alerts from public servers, that have IP cloning off, to help attract players.

Game Design:
Continuous mode goals now all use same amount of risk. Variance varies only individual goals.
Continuous mode goals now have a minimum star-goal amount of 1 Star instead of the starting amount.
Table Split now only assures the Splitter an empty table, the Splitee gets dumped into a match if someone is waiting for an opponent.
Continuous mode Leaderboard is now non-competitive, simply admitting each new goal completer to the top.
Match information gleaning in the Mainhall (using Stock and User info to figure out what happened) is now automated by the client and will appear as a message from the "Match Suit" (tall guy with green hair). The Table Suit is still the definitive source, having information that can't be gleaned (betting amounts, forcebet use, card selection afk).

Added win and loss scenes for ending of Continuous Mode.
Reduced Lag caused by Ocean Scene used in lobby and results.
