Creator Homepage
Hello,
today i have something that is not a bugfix.
Valve created a "Hub" that is known as "Creator Homepage", which puts all Games related to a certain creator/publisher in one place.
Features (i have noticed so far, still in Beta.):
- All games in one place
- All sales listed
- upcoming games are listed too
- You can "Follow" to get notified about things like sales, new releases etc.
- Forum that is not specific to a single game
- Social Media integration

I think that this is a good thing since it allows people to not "miss" something new.
In the past i had multiple people coming up to me, and telling me: "I didnt even knew there were 2 new games, why didnt you tell me?" (despite the fact that there were announcements on steam about it etc.)
Unlike social media, this page is integrated into steam and does not need a seperate account to use. (or for me, 20 different social media accounts... and you still cant reach the people that dont have social media -.-)
It is currently in Beta and things probably will change/get enhanced, but you can give it a try if you are interested.
[Update 4 + 5] White Targets, Small fixes

there were two patches since the last announcement, and their content was:
- "White Targets" are now "White" (technically they were white before, but they sometimes appeared grey) <- Feedback on the change is appreciated
- Fixed a few typos
- Fixed two wrong symbols on targets in 36
Not much that was changed, but that is a good thing. (Otherwise the game would be pretty broken)

there was an Update that fixed the following things:
- Wrong symbols in Room 36
- A Bunch of small fixes (mostly visual stuff)
None of these issues were game-breaking, but they are fixed now.

[Update 2] #12, Minor Fixes

There was a patch that fixed:
- A bug in #12 that had to do with the solution.
- Minor text changes
- When launched for the first time the game now displays the borderless resolution correctly (this had no effect on the game, its purely cosmetic)
- prevented people from setting the secondary mouse speed to "0".
This is the last aptch for today, more tomorrow. (There is nothing "broken", just some "wishes" from certain people.)
EDIT: More Achievements will come tomorrow, since it got requested by multiple people now. (I really did not expect that Achievements are that important :P)

[Update 1] Achievement Fix, Minor Stuff
Hello,
As i have announced earlier, here is the patch that fixes:
- "Mirror Mirror" Achievement when you start the game
- "locked menu" when you try to skip the first loading screen
- one missing decorative object in #15
If you still get that achievement when you start your first playthrough, please report it. (This did not happen during testing, and everyone who already has this achievement can not test this since we cant get it a 2nd time.)
Please report anything that looks like a bug, even if you are unsure.
I will make sure to fix everything as fast as possible.

Upcoming Patch

i just wanted to let you know that there will be a patch coming up shortly.
It will fix:

Release, Bundle, Sale
Hello,
the game is now playable.
It has been extensively tested, and there should not be any major issues - at least we have not found one.
If you find a Bug, please report it in the forums so that i can fix it.
Bundle changes.
I changed the existing bundle, so that both ReThink Evolved games are now in it, instead of the old ReThink and the new one.
Sale for "ReThink Evolved" (the previous game).
ReThink Evolved will go on sale tomorrow, for 14 days. (i messed up the date, could not set it to today anymore.)
This game will have 10% off for 7 days.

Releasedate changed [Now April 9th]

i am sorry that i have to tell you that i had to move the Release Date back a week.
The Reasons for this are:
- I lost a lot of time when the games Physics decided to go "funny" (this happened multiple times, i probably lost a week or so due to this.)
- I dont want to have the same situation as with ReThink Evolved where parts of the game are "unpolished" or simply "cheap".
- I want to "polish" the game a bit more
- I am not satisfied with a lot of the later puzzles.
- There still is one (very rare) bug that has to do something with physics, which i could not yet fix (i cant even properly track it down because it is so rare and not replicable)
- Proper english translation got delayed (my english is "weird" :P)
There is *nothing* wrong with the game.
I worked really hard over the last days (soemthing around 16 hours a day) to somehow manage a Release today, and technically i could release the game as it is (its fully functional and playable), but it does not meet my own quality standards.
I know that it is bad to have to wait for another week, because some people already told me that they were waiting, but this is in your best interest.
We are currently playtesting the game with three people to ensure a stable and bug free experience on release-day.

A few Screenshots of the game as it currently is, showing things that i have not shown before because they were extremely unfinished:
Please note that these Screenshots show an unfinished game and do contain visual "glitches" (thats why i need more time :P, i dont want this in my games anymore.)
Besides the Green, Blue and Orange there is a 4th area, the pruple one, which will contain the most difficult puzzles of the game. (unless i add more during the next week :P):
The game will tell its background/narative with these panels that you can see on the right, and there is a bunch of them in the game. (There are also other things, but i will keep them hidden until release.)
I also changed the Tutorials, they do now have a small video to underline the explanation. (The game only explains the controls, everything else is the players job.) [The video there is a placeholder and has already been replaced]
I show you these work in progress screenshots to underline what i said above, that my goal is to deliver the best "ReThink" so far instead of meeting some randomly set release date.

I am still working on a lot of things, but i made a few more screenshots to share.
All Screenshots show the game as it currently is.
This is a part of one of the earlier Puzzles, obviously unsolved.
This is #25 after i changed it, an older Screenshot can be found on the Store Page (I will replace them before release.)
And an unusual Screenshot, focused on stuff that is not related to any Puzzle.
I am still working on a variety of things because the games physics decided that it would be a great idea if cubes would fly around after loading, which i (obviously) did not found very funny, not at all.
After a lenghty "discussion" about "why cubes should not fly around at near light speed after loading" the game decided that it would be better to behave. (after i forced it to behave properly :P)

I still want to release the game on April 2nd, despite the time i lost because of that phyiscs issue, but this requires a lot of overtime work.
