After months of blood, sweat and tears - it's finally here! This is the latest of the collaborations with other indie devs that Puppygames has been working with recently, this time with Pumpkin Games.
Deploy your team of Glitchangels to repair 'THE SYSTEM', one corrupt subroutine at a time.
Navigate your way through a cacophony of procedurally generated levels, unlocking GLITCHES as you go. Weapon powerups, extra bullets, enhanced vision, monster crates, etc –temporary hacks that help you complete your mission - or indeed hinder you if you’re unlucky.
Battle deranged HUNTERS, avoid deadly TRAPS, defeat the powerful archangels in HEAVEN – these APPS (and others) can be disabled so you can dial down the madness if you fancy a more chilled play session.
Glitchangels' coolest feature is to REWIND TIME when you get blown up. Go back 5 seconds in time and try something different to cheat death (and switch Angels while you're at it!)
As always, many thanks to our generous Patreons for their feedback during testing :)

Mac versions working again
At some unknown point quite some time ago the Mac versions of all our games stopped working, coinciding with some update or other that was out of our hands. Unfortunately... I don't have a working Mac any more and I certainly can't afford to buy one! So it remained unfixed for a long time.
This week, I've fixed it by removing Steam's tendrils from the Mac code, and all is well again.
Also, ICYMI, we have a Discord now, which is here.
And we're making a new game, the successor to Revenge of the Titans, and it's called Battledroid, but we need your help!
We've been making a NEW GAME!
We have been making a thing with our erstwhile friends at Subsoap, and it is nearly finished.
You might want to wishlist it so you get a reminder when it comes out at Easter!
Cas :)
Basingstoke
Basingstoke Is Nearly Here
Minions! Let is be known that our vicious roguelike survival horror game BASINGSTOKE is due for release on Mar 30, 2018 @ 11:00am PST. Go forth and wishlist it so you'll get a reminder when it finally appears (with a wee discount).
Eh? What's Basingstoke?
We've spent the last four years making a game about escaping a mediocre small town in southern England. Set in the near future, Basingstoke has been invaded by the evil Titans, and nearly everyone has been killed by a neutron bomb. Nearly everyone...
You've got to escape alive through Basingstoke's randomly generated suburban sprawl, looting bodies as you go, crafting new things to help you evade detection, distract your enemies, or just plain old kill them as a last resort. Everything you encounter will kill you instantly, so stealth and planning are the keys to survival. And running away a lot while throwing sausage rolls over your shoulder.
So... you want to play something like Revenge of the Titans, but multiplayer in a massive persistent online world, I hear? I have just the game for you... Battledroid.
Progress has been made, and all sorts of shiny things have been added - but there is still so much more to do and I can only work on it in the few hours of an evening I get after work. Behold:
That's right, I have a real job doing something sucky, and I only get to work on Battledroid in my spare time which is why it's taking so long.
If only we had more funding, I could develop this game a whole lot quicker.
We only need a paltry pledge of just $1 a month from 5000 fans to make this happen.
A lot of players of Revenge of the Titans might never have found out that we kept on updating it for years after it was first released. One fine winter's day we added a special secret Yeti Attack mode, that appears around Christmas time, and disappears in the new year. Now's your chance to play it! It's active right now.
The Puppygames Patreon
So, I thought I'd put this out there to Revenge of the Titans fans:
A surprisingly large number of players have asked us about a multiplayer version of Revenge of the Titans. The problem is that when you start solving the individual problems in multiplayer with the game design, you gradually end up, bit by bit, inventing a completely different game.
Battledroid is that game.
We've already spent over a year on Battledroid but we don't have the funds to finish it - it's going to take us another year. If you'd like to help us out making Battledroid, please spare a buck or two for us every month.
Battledroid is a free game and will always be totally free.
Revenge of the Titans 1.80.21 released
... and this one's got a few more goodies in it.
Firstly and most obviously, it's now got fancypants shader effects in it, which I'll be expanding on a little in another patch. You can turn these off in the Options menu.
Secondly, we've added Easy Mode. This is a campaign mode like normal campaign mode but the difficulty is capped at a much lower level for more casual play.
Thirdly, we've enhanced Sandbox Mode for those of you that have it. The editor now allows you to specify a lot more detail about spawn points, and also specify exact amounts of each resource available. Check out the new editor options at www.RevengeOfTheTitans.com
Fourthly, we've added Research Respec - you can now completely redo your entire research tree, at any time, without penalty.
ps.
You will notice a little screen flickering going on at the start, which we will soon remove. It's gathering some logging information for us so we can get to the bottom of a driver crash. Sorry for the annoyance.
