Hi riders, we have finally a new update. As always we had a positive response from your reports, so we are very happy with the results obtained.
The new patch sheds some light on Macau, many of you have asked us to run on the track in daylight.
We also worked on some bugs on Yamaha, Kawasaki and Honda models that have been fixed.
Here are all the patch updates for you:
TRACKS:
– Added new light condition (Sun) for “Macau” track.
– Added new light condition (Sun) for “The Snake” track.
GENERAL:
– Issue with first gear before start fixed
– Minor fixes on game stability
– Light condition preset changed for some career events on Macau
Japanese language now available

Hi riders, in the last few days there has been a lot of talk about AI within RIDE 3 and how to improve this feature. With this patch we improved his behavior, decreasing his difficulty in Track Day. Similarly, as you suggested in the comments, we worked to correct some problems within the game such as the borders of the Road America track; the paintable parts of the Livery Editor; and introduced some improvements to the gaming interface.
The new patch is available now, a good update to everyone!

GUIDE: How to send a DXDiag file
In order to take better action to repair the errors/crashes of the game, we would like to be able to view the status of your PC through a DXDiag file.
Follow this guide to create one of them.
1. Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R on your keyboard
2. You will see a Run box in the lower-left corner of your screen
3. Type dxdiag in the text field
4. Click OK
-If your computer has a 64-bit version of Windows, click the button Run 64-bit DXDIAG
-If your computer has a 32-bit version of Windows, that button will not be available
5. Click the Save All Information button, found on the bottom of the DXDIAG report
6. Save this text file to your Desktop if possible and then attach it here

GUIDE: How to create a Dump file
Hello, to help us solve the game crashes on your PC, we ask you to follow these steps to create a Dump file.
Please make sure that you do what follows jsut after a crash, and leaving the windows pop up window related to crash open.
1. Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R on your keyboard
2. You will see a Run box in the lower-left corner of your screen
3. Type sysdm.cpl in the text field
4. Click OK
2.Click on the Advanced tab
3.Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
4.Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked
5.Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box
6.Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump << where your .dmp files can be found later
Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.
7. Launch the game
8. Leave the error page open
9. Go to the task manager
10. Right click on the application (look for the name of the game)
11. Click on "Create Dump File"
12. Go to %systemroot%\Minidump
13. Take all the files, put them in a .zip folder and upload them here

Finally, a new patch has arrived, we are happy to announce that our work to improve RIDE 3 continues. In these last weeks of work we have focused on some improvements to the bikes but not only. The gameplay was one of our main focuses, finally, the Time Attacks were simplified, even the behavior of the opposing riders was revised and improved.

New update available on PS4, Xbox One and PC: as you all know, we're here gathering all your feedback, and our Customer Support keeps on collecting your bug reports. We're releasing a small update to fix two big issues many users are experiencing:
- a crash occurring when restarting track day in career mode.
- Crash while browsing liveries.
This is a quick hotfix in anticipation of a more extensive patch planned later this month, so stay tuned ;)
